Negative experience: We wanted to have a great experience purchasing a property with Rudy Amelio Real Estate. Our offer was accepted, unfortunately after discovering major issues such as malfunctioning, leaking septic tank and shifting foundation, we had to renegotiate our terms. Jennifer Hart was representing the Seller, she refused any discussion and suggested that if we're not proceeding our deposit will be released to the seller. Who does this kind of business? My wife sent similar review and tried speaking with Rudy. He was arrogant, intimidating and screamed to take down the review because he will take her to court.

Negative experience: BUYERS please BE AWARE of this brokerage, we’re going for the mediation called by Rudy because they do not want to return our deposit. They would not negotiate the price due to many insufficiencies on the property that they did not tell us about, such as environmental hazards due to the malfunctioning septic system and structural damage of the foundation. Jennifer did not respond for two weeks and would not sign contract cancellation, stating that if we are not purchasing they are simply holding the deposit. That’s ridiculous, thy are simply not honest and playing games.

Fantastic experience: My experience was excellent. I was not able to physically be in the area for the sale, and Jennifer Hart took care of everything including organizing cleaning and contractors. Nothing I asked was too small a chore. It took all the anxiety out of the process

Fantastic experience: When I was faced with dealing with restoring my family's dignity and pride in the community due to ill upkeep of their family trust property by previous trustees, I was blessed with an introduction to Rudy Amelio. Rudy and his team of professionals worked with me while I prepared the property for final sale. Negative experience: I had my worst experience as an real estate investor with this brokerage. Both the seller and buyer agent were from same brokerage and assured me from the beginning that they are strong believer of professional ethics and will follow the process ethically. The seller accepted the offer verbally and even after accepting the offer the showing was continued with a hope to get a better offer. The seller was stalling signing the offer and when got a better offer, rejected my offer since it was never signed. I got this information from my agent who is from same brokerage. Though it is the seller right to accept or decline but ethically the seller agent (from this brokerage) continued showing the property despite verbally accepting the offer. Also, welcomed offers when the seller accepted the offer. This shows that they DO NOT follow the ethics standard. As an investor or a first time buyer, I would recommend you staying away from this brokerage since you CANNOT trust their professional ETHICS.

Fantastic experience: When I had to sell my home quickly my attorney recommended Rudy and his team. Once a contract was signed with him my home was listed all over the internet within 24 hours. In the first week I had about 15 showings and in two weeks I had 3 offers. I listed my home in Mid-April and had closing June 6th. Rudy and his team went in aggressively with price and negotiated an excellent final selling price. Any home inspection issues he worked out with the buyer at an extremely minimal cost to me. At some point in the future I will be looking to buy a new home and there is only one person I will use, Rudy Amelio, why? Because he is that good!
