Fantastic experience: Last year my husband and I were in a situation we needed to get out of. With both of our credit scores not being the greatest and not having much to work with Jose did his thing!!! It was and continues to be a harsh market out there. Jose went above and beyond for us. Viewing homes without us, taking and sending videos, constant communication letting us know if it would be worth it or not and always providing reassurance. He was very patient as it took us longer to find something in the area that we wanted to have our daughter grow up in. If it wasn’t for him we would have just given up and rented. Fantastic experience: Was referred to Basil from a coworker, and I have to say thank you for all you and your team do. The timing to sell my home during covid was crazy but that part was easily sold quickly. Buying home was hard to find. Went under agreement was good until the seller of the home couldn't find another place. Being under agreement for 2.5 months, then they back out. Basil and his team were like dont panic." We will find something." Long and hard, they busted butt and we finally found our forever home. We aren't gonna lie, but we probably weren't the best of clients, but they didn't stop until they helped us gind our forever home. So very grateful and would highly recommend them.
