2 months ago Fantastic experience: Iv brought and sold multiple properties with Chris in the last 4 years, I can be a lot at times with my random questions, last minute requests to see houses and big goals when it comes to real estate and he’s always been patient, supportive and fun to work with. I interviewed 5 agents and Chris was the only one who was serious about answering my questions, provided references, and answered the very next morning. We've seen agents who failed to show up to their open houses, and overall don't take the job of being an agent seriously. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I first met Jacob when selling a second home a couple of years . He was able to sell the home first day of listing at higher than ask. His advice on price point and marketing were spot on. I recently worked with Jacob on the purchase of a new home. He was incredibly invaluable to me. He did research on homes I was interested in and learned information about the area. He accompanied me on many open houses and plenty of individual showings, all while pointing out things to look for, good and bad. When I finally found a place, he walked me through every step from advice on offer price to inspection to mortgage and insurance to closing. Jacob made a stressful situation much less so. Without Jacob and his patience in my endless questions, I don't know if I could have gotten through the process so well. I will be forever grateful to Jacob for this experience. From this point forward, Jacob will be the only realtor I'll work with. I can't recommend him enough. As a side note, I closed on my home about a month ago and he has reached out to see how everything is going. So his incredible customer focus continues even after close.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Jacob was phenomenal. He was patient and focused of my needs and wants. I gave my expectations on living areas and surroundings due to having younger children. I also gave specified schools for my kids and he provided me homes focusing on that as well as bedrooms sizes. Any questions I had he answered. Any concerns he got an answer. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: We decided to downsize and put our home up for sale to purchase something smaller. We didn’t know any realtors, and Chris was recommended to us by a family member. We contacted Chris, and could not have been any happier. He came to our house, arriving at the time he promised, and took the time to tour our house and property. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Chris made very good suggestions on the prepping of the house. I heeded the advice and got the house in good shape. Then he brought in a very good photographer. He used a drone to show off my property plus did a very good job on the display of the rooms. The house was then listed on a Thursday with an open house on Saturday. By Tuesday I had two above asking offers. Wow. Then came the backend of the process. Two delays but we got thru them. Chris is both experienced and optimistically driven. Traits one needs to be successful in this business today. I fully recommend him and his team.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I have been searching for a home for about a year and a half. We’ve made countless offers and just came up short which is a common story in this current market. We made the switch to Chris Troxell and we got a home. We went for one and came up short but the second we got with only 2 days on the market. We both feel we got the best house out of all the ones we seen. Every house we saw he had a print out on. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: I cold called Chris based on online reviews and told him we had to find, buy and close on a house within 30 days as we were moving from out of state for work. Chris was awesome and booked us to tour numerous houses for the one day we were in town. At the end of the day when we had not yet found the right home for us he assured us he understood our needs and wishes and would find us houses to video tour. Within a day he had done just that, finding a house that had everything on our wish list. His skill and advice about the offer is why we beat out 6 others offers and three weeks later we were in our forever home that is perfect for us in every way. Without Chris it never would have happened. He made one of the most stressful times in our lives so much easier and he was a delight to work with.

The house was sold at the price I wanted no more than a week later. Should have just started with him right off the bat. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: We used Chris to both buy and sell a house. During both transactions, Chris looked out for our best interest and not his own (which is rare these days). We could have sold for more, maybe less..but he let us choose what WE wanted to do, there was no pressure from Chris for either transaction. Chris went above and beyond and anserwed any questions or concerns we had on both. He worked around our schedules, which was much appreiciated. When / if we sell again, we will defintely use Chris and his team. It was seamless and painless... this guy has a 5 star rating for a reason, best real estate agent in the L.V.!
