Fantastic experience: We started our house hunting with glenda garcia on January 8th, and today january 16th, we are all set to move in into our new place. It was such a breeze to work with her, she answered back so quickly everysingle day with updates, documents and any information we could need. By the second day we saw her she already had a home she knew I would love, and she was right , that night we signed the application and 2 days later got approved and signed our lease. My intentions were to get some info to start preparing to buy a home but she helped me buy my first home a month after my inquiry. Since I was only going to get info, I did not have details on a budget so if you are looking to buy it would help to know those details in order for her to provide options when you’re ready to bid. Also let her know if you have any deadlines to move, she helped me move before my previous lease was up. I would also suggest to have things in writing with sellers. I’m happy Lidia was my realtor because she helped me buy my first home during a very competitive time. I didn’t have to settle for something less than what I wanted, it’s a new build and the location is ideal.

Negative experience: Horrible people to do business with from the manager Keith to the property manager. The only person that is nice is the front desk employee she is awesome. If you are renting STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Nothing gets done on time. You will wait weeks just for a respond then few more weeks for anything to get done. Half of the time no one knows what’s going on you call and call and people tell you different things. Property manager is rude as I don’t know what. And her ENGLISH is horrible. Learn English instead of yelling at people who pay you to fix things for them. 30 more days and we are DONE dealing with these people.

Negative experience: Horrible business to rent from. We pay 1,200 for a small house I know we are paying for the location but come on. Every time something brakes it takes the property manager weeks just to respond. It’s been 4 weeks and our appliances are still not fixed. It took the property manager 2 weeks just to respond that’s after I sent few fallow up emails. Everything in our freezer had to be thrown away since the freezer is not working correctly and the dishwater does not even work. I was told that the dishwater will not be getting fixed. I guess I won’t be paying my 1,200 a month since not all appliances work like stated in the contract. I will be contacting a real state lawyer I’m don’t dealing with this horrible Agency . When you call to complain on the property manager nothing gets done at all. Be very CAREFUL who you rent from if it’s STELLA don’t do it. Lack of professionalism and response time is horrible. Over 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting for things to get done. That’s unacceptable .

Negative experience: Front desk is awesome and the manager is great but I am not happy at all with our property manager. It takes forever to get anything done. There is so much wrong with the house we are renting I can be here for hours writing. From tape on the ac filter to hold it together froma broken fence that won’t close . When it’s windy you can heat it all night hitting the fence .The place was dirty when we moved in . The grass was not cut it was so tall I couldn’t see my son in it. The property manager does not even know what’s stated in the contract. She tried to say something was not covered when it actually was . It said it in BOLD letter in the contract that it is covered. I will be updating this review as more things break and happened. I’m not going to name the property manager I’m not going to go there but I will post pictures . We even had a problem with the alarm it would go off in the middle of the night and day waking everyone up. It would scare my son which is 12 months. This happened for 2 weeks before anything was DONE ABOUT IT. Imagine apart beeping for 2 weeks during morning afternoon and night.
