Fantastic experience: Had been living at midtown since 1.5 years, Claudia and Sam are the best people around. Our move in was so smooth and move out process was extremely smooth as well. Claudia and Sam both are really sweet and so so so helpful in every way. I miss living at midtown already.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Midtown Brownsville! I moved across the country and Midtown was my first impression of Brownsville. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating! Claudia and Sam truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure tenants asks are met. Living at Midtown, I always felt safe and comfortable, and having a great management team makes all the difference in being able to call a new address a ‘home’.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend living here enough! The management is amazing, the staff is awesome, and the overall atmosphere of this apartment is amazing. I have to credit it all to Claudia (the property manager) for always being so willing to help and for being so helpful and always happy to answer any questions I had. I wish I lived here longer than I did, but I throughly enjoyed living here.

Fantastic experience: Cuando mi mama y yo llegamos a este lugar, llegamos con una situación de vulnerabilidad y tristeza en el rostro, acababamos de pasar por una situación en la que no estabamos preparadas para enfrentar. Pero Dios es tan grande que nos puso este lugar en nuestras vidas. Nos puso a una personita (Claudia) muy amable y bondadosa que desde que llegamos con una sonrisa siempre en su rostro y su manera de ayudarnos, nos hizo sentir que todo estaria bien, y asi fue. Midtown se convirtio en nuestro hogar por un ano. Pasamos un ano tranquilo y disfrutamos mucho vivir ahi. Sin duda mi mama y yo tuvimos una experiencia muy bonita viviendo ahi que no olvidaremos. Fantastic experience: I lived at midtown for nearly two years. I’ve lived in several apartments and this was definitely a favorite. The community is so peaceful and feels so safe. I loved the two bedroom floor plan because I had my kids right next to my room. The neighbors are wonderful and Sam the maintenance guy was amazing! He was always super fast and really helped me out. Claudia has been the best property manager I’ve ever had. She truly cares about you and is there to help out whenever needed. The location is great too. Definitely recommend.

What truly made the experience outstanding was the apartment Manager Claudia. From day one, Claudia was very approachable, accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with the lease process, or handling maintenance requests, everything was done promptly and with a great attitude. It was clear they cared about the residents and took pride in keeping the property running smoothly. I especially appreciated how Claudia made the move-in process seamless and stress-free it really helped me because I am new in Town. Their familiarity of people being new in the City and understanding of our needs made a big difference. It felt like more than just a rental—it felt like a community. Fantastic experience: I am very content with my stay at these apartments which are modern and well kept. This property is gated with a pool that gets cleaned weekly and a private gym that is well equipped. I like that there is an app in which I can conveniently submit maintenance tickets and also pay rent all in the same place. Sam is the onsite maintenance technician and he is very helpful and super respectful of our apartment alongside our belongings in which he makes sure to supervise when pest control comes in for their monthly service. The property manager Claudia is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to keep this community safe and running smoothly. Thank you for all that you do! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I lived in Midtown Brownsville for two years, and these apartments have been the best I've ever lived in. The office manager, Claudia, is invaluable, and her customer service is excellent. I used to think that leasing managers were unfriendly and unsympathetic, but Claudia is the complete opposite. During my first year, I lived in a one-bedroom, one-bath unit, which was lovely. All units have washer and dryer connections, which was one of my requirements. In my second year, I moved to a two-bedroom, two-bath unit right next to the pool. I never experienced noise issues, as the apartments have very good insulation. I also never heard any noise from my neighbors, which I appreciated. The amenities are fantastic! The pool is clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The gym is average but has all the essential equipment you need. There's also a large, clean dog park, which is a nice bonus. The maintenance staff was great as well; they always responded promptly to my requests. Overall, I highly recommend Midtown Brownsville apartments. They offer fantastic customer service, are extremely clean, and have excellent amenities. What more could you want?!

Fantastic experience: Lived here shortly for about 6 months, during that period of time I had zero issues. Claudia was a HUGE help from beginning to end. I loved having my kids school right across the street. And the amenities were always kept up. Great place to live.

Fantastic experience: Living in Midtown apartments was an absolutely amazing experience. The property manager Claudia is extremely helpful and available. The location of the apartments is in a perfect place where you have access to central businesses in the city but also space to not feel the hustle and bustle. The apartment complex is gated and is very clean and well taken care of. Dog friendly, with amazing amenities. If you have your fur companions and are looking for a comfortable living with your pet, this is the place as they also have a dog park within the complex. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and you can pay your rent online, which is extremely beneficial if you don’t have time throughout the day. I truly do not have any negative remarks, as I felt very comfortable and safe residing in the apartments. I would 100% recommend them to be seen if you are looking for an apartment, as the inside of the apartments are also very beautiful and spacious.

Negative experience: If i could rate these apartments negative stars i would. I called and spoke with Claudia (i think that was her name), to ask for information and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I decided to still give it a shot. I came in for a tour and she refused and said there is nothing to show, which i know is a lie, and told me she would email me some information....never did. When i was denied a tour, i had to take a phone call in my vehicle i witnessed a Hispanic woman come in and what do you know.. Claudia took her on a tour. I think this is extremely racist as i am an African American woman, and this is not fair at all that i was treated differently. I will tell everyone i know not to rent here because from the first point on contact(Phone) she was very rude and unprofessional and then i was denied a tour.
