Fantastic experience: We reached out to Tavo Jan 16 and asked to view the home we were interested in. The home was an AirB&B and the next available date to see the home was Jan 21. There was an arctic chill that came in that day but he still met us at the home at 9am. My wife and I both work nights and therefore our schedules are very limited to dates and times convenient to us. Tavo was welcoming, informative and easy to talk to, as first home buyers we needed all the information we could get. We fell in love with the home and decided to put an offer in that night. Fantastic experience: We used Octavio as our realtor for our move from Alaska to Brownsville. We flew out to Brownsville about 5 months before our move to checkout the area and met Octavio at that time and even though we weren't sure if we were moving here yet he pick us up at our hotel and spent the afternoon showing us a few homes we had looked at online and telling us about Brownsville and the different pro's and con's to different areas and suggesting some other areas to look at that we hadn't really considered. While buying remotely can bring some unique challenges, Octavio was great through it all! He was more than willing to show us any place we were interested with FaceTime walkthroughs and even willing to go back and record walkthroughs so we could watch them again later. Fantastic experience: Tavo is definitely the best realtor I’ve worked with. There’s several reasons as to why that is. First, Tavo was the 1st realtor I’ve worked with that was always within reach. He cares about his clients, and he loves what he does. Secondly, he has a ton of experience. Everything he advised us on worked to our advantage. Thirdly, this guy has excellent communication skills with other realtors and the title companies… that in itself helped a ton. He knows a lot of people around town and that helped expedite the whole process of selling our home and purchasing a new one. Lastly, Tavo is a team player with everyone.. and he uses that to his advantage every step of the way. Fantastic experience: The best! Tavo was our sellers agent when selling an investment property, he handled everything very nice and did an excellent job.
