After working with a REMAX office here in NC, I asked for a referral of a strong agent in AL and was introduced to Ryan Beesley. Strong is not the word.....exceptional would be more appropriate. I needed a take charge type of agent as it would be difficult for me living in NC. The home had been rented out for the past several years and unfortunately needed some repair work done before going on the market. Fantastic experience: Ryan helped us buy both our primary home and an investment property. We made both of these purchases remotely (our first time doing that) and it went extremely well.
