Fantastic experience: I was planning a move, returning to Alabama after 30 years away. Montgomery has changed a lot and I was at a loss to know where to begin looking, but when I told a First Call Realty agent what I was looking for, she honed in on area, pricing, size and types of homes that suited my need. I found one within days that spoke “home” to me instantly and we were able to secure a contract and closing in a matter of weeks! It was the easiest and most comfortable real estate transaction I’ve had in 50 years and 10 real estate purchases! They really understand time and how work/kids can reflect being able to respond to emails, calls and meeting in person. We told them what we were looking for and we didn’t feel pressured through the whole process. It was a pleasure to have someone in your own corner fighting your battles and giving you the best deal possible. Lyle knew we were having some trouble getting some help moving our things to the new house and helped us out by actually getting some of our heaviest equipment moved on a late Friday night before our deadline to be moved. I dont know of any other person that would have done the things he did for us and he is just a very special person as well as a great realtor. Positive experience: The website was confusing and hard to pull up houses

Fantastic experience: If I could give this review 6 stars I would. Donna Cox helped me and my wife find the home of our dreams. She was very nice, and responsive. I called and emailed her about everything and she never complained once. The entire process was super easy. If you are military, she will get you the BEST deal.

Negative experience: If I could put a zero I would. I dont know about the other Realtors here but I do know about Pamela Ryan. Beware she has no loyalty. Bring a client and never get paid. She is so nice at first and then will go behind your back at no cost to get the deal closed and NOT EVEN HER CLIENT. Sad how cut throat some REALTORS TRULY are in this line of business
