We were in a serious time-crunch to find a home, and the market had been insane for the last few months. We really thought we would end up renting again, but Char convinced us that it was possible, and she was right! He is so knowledgeable about home improvement and was able to let us know if there was something about a home that might not be within our DIY abilities to fix.
