Fantastic experience: If you are reading this, you are likely looking for an agent. You don't have to look any further. You just found one of the VERY BEST! Eddie handled a condo sale for us. My sister-in-law, who is nuts, was livng there and she destroyed the place. I would go into detail, but you might urp your last meal. Suffice it to say the County said she sould no longer live in the place because it was so bad. We did a Google search (like you are probably doing now) and we found Eddie. We could quickly tell that this guy provides the level of service most people dream about!! Eddie had plan! He brought in all the resources needed to paint the place, put in all new floors, a completely new kitchen, updated bathroom, and multiple other repairs, all very cost effectively price! The bottom line is he sold it for the most money that any comparable condo had sold for in that complex. He did a fantastic job and we came out money ahead!! Fantastic experience: When our parents passed away, they willed their house to the seven of us in equal shares. This made it somewhat mire difficult for any realtor to sell the house since all seven children had to agree on all provisions. Eddie coordinated the sale seamlessly with the seven of us and with the buyer. Eddie was also very responsive. When any of us had a question, he would respond immediately.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion this was going to be challenging sale for Eddie, but I was wrong. He handled it with professionalism, great care and consideration. One, it was the sale of my mom's mobile home and she had already moved out of state to be near me. She left quiet a few belongings that needed to be removed before listing, which Eddie handled for us. In addition, there was an issue with the parks HOA board that caused significant delays. All the while, Eddie communicated with us regularly, keeping us updated on all the details. My mom is elderly and this sale caused her stress. Fantastic experience: Eddie G sold our house in minimal time with all the returns we hoped and more. It was our first time selling a home and we entered the process with little experience, few resources and a need to close the transaction and move quickly. The main bath was worn but serviceable and he had a contractor paint it to increase the appeal. He kept us current with updates and information. Fantastic experience: We found Eddie by chance while visiting one of his open house. He was personable, knowledgeable, and proactive, that we decided to have him help us with our search. Eddie was able to arrange for us to see few places and provide feedback at each place to let us know if it's a good fit or if there are things that needs to be consider (i.e. HOA cost, fixes that needs to tob done the place, etc.) Once we agreed on our final place, Eddie also help to guide us throughout the process from offer to closing. He's very responsive and able to ensure communication happens among all the parties so that the process went well and on time. Fantastic experience: Eddie is a great realtor! Very personable, down to earth and motivated. First time looking for a home and He helped me get a broad scope of houses to look into then refinded the scope as we looked. He listened to my feedback and tailored my showings to my wants and needs. He also showed me listings that he believed would suit my needs to show me a variety. Eddie was very good at explaining the process to me to ensure i knew what was going on and what was to come in the future. I have a very unorthodox work schedule however, Eddie was very flexible in making showings happen. He always did all his homework on properties prior to showing me a listing and was honest in disclosing his findings to me. Eddie was able to find me the perfect house for a great price, in a respectable time frame with out rushing me. Overall eddie made my experience enjoyable and as pleasant as possible.
