Fantastic experience: If there’s one thing I can say about Will, it’s that he doesn’t know how to quit, and trust me, I gave him plenty of chances to. It took over a year to sell my home, and somewhere along the way, I started chatting with other agents and listed with one who failed drastically (sorry, bud), but this guy never flinched. He stuck with it like a fly on a deer blind, relentless, focused, and not going anywhere. Through every showing, every "almost" offer, and every one of my second thoughts, he stayed locked in. I half expected him to camp out in the front yard just to catch the next buyer walking by. And while I might be the better hunter (he knows it, I know it, the deer know it), when it comes to tracking down a buyer, he earned runner-up honors in my book, just don’t ask him to hit anything with antlers. Bottom line: He was persistent, professional, and made the process feel like a team effort even when I was being a tough client. If you want someone who will run the long race with you (and maybe even outrun the competition), he’s your guy!

Fantastic experience: From Out Of State, To Sleeping In My New Home In Under 30 Days. I got relocated back to Texas for work and reached out to Will as he was experienced in VA loans and knowledgeable about the area I would be moving to. Will recognized I was on a tight timeline and cleared his schedule to ensure we landed in the right house, where we looked at about 20 houses in a span of three days. After we found the right house and put in an offer, I had to leave town for work. Will and his team handled the coordination of everything until the day we came back for closing and got handed the keys.
