When our AC broke 6 months later, the company tried to say they couldn’t really help us. Tonya saw that we had filed a claim with them and reached out to us to make sure everything was ok. When we explained what they told us, she immediately hopped on the phone with them and took care of everything and we got a brand new AC unit. In my opinion, this is above and beyond what a typical realtor will do you for you 6 MONTHS after we bought our house. When we bought our second house with Tonya, 3 days before we closed our lender asked for another separate inspection for something they overlooked. Tonya was on the phone within minutes getting it booked that day to ensure we closed on time and even showed up herself at the house since we couldn’t be there to meet the inspector.
