Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience. They show you a decent apartment, then push you toward filthy units in worse neighborhoods. When you say you want the nicer apartment you just viewed, they suddenly claim it’s unavailable — sometimes within minutes. That raises serious concerns. On top of that, they lack knowledge and don’t answer questions properly. Clients end up doing most of the work while they still collect a broker fee. I would not recommend working with this company.

Negative experience: STOLE MY DEPOSIT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. These people showed my an apartment and advised that the apartment was going to fixed, new floors, paint, everything. We put in a deposit and when the apartment was inspected the apartment was still the same. We requesting our deposit back and advised that we werent going to move there and they are refusing to give our money back. THIEFS DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PEOPLE. WE ARE REPORTING THIS BUSINESS TO ALL AUTHORITIES AND TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURTS AS THEY REFUSE TAKE OUR CALLS AND RETURN THE FUNDS.

Negative experience: they keep showing me dirty apartments I'm very unsatisfied its terrible there posting apartments when you try to contact them they don't answer when they do answer and u see something you like they automatically tell you its RENTED but they quickly to show you nasty dirty filthy germs unsafe places they shouldn't be showing anyone a apartment where they wouldn't want to live I'm disgusted they only care about your MONEY that's it nothing else its not right

We set an appointment to tour the place shortly after first contact and submitted an application on the same day of tour. We were immediately notified of the application status and everything went smoothly. We are moving into our new and renovate apartment in a week and can't wait to live in the beautiful apartment.
