Negative experience: Very unprofessional and also the super is disrespectful towards tenants . You have to beg for an issue to be resolved . I’ve had a gas leak for months and only the fire department was the help to fix the issue . Secondly when I got locked out my apartment the super did not want to help and gave excuses. Watch out for him he goes by Louie. The office barely answers phone calls for anyone in need overall the worst experience of my life renting with them . I would give 0 stars if I could .

Negative experience: I would rate this “Real Estate Management”company 0 stars if I could. After my family experienced a house fire in the bronx we were in urgent need of a space. I was referred to them by a friend trying to help who previously lived at their 165 West 127th St building. I explained my situation to Laura and went through with the application process, putting in the time to give her every document she asked for and more. They were difficult to work with due to lack of communication but I kept going to ensure my family had a place to live. I was willing to do anything that needed to be done to secure the apartment. I had to push them a bit, but in my situation who wouldn’t? I was misled by Laura the entire time, she told me “If I were you I’d wait for the 3 bedroom” and in the end didn’t give it to me. They discriminated against my ESA dog which is ILLEGAL (my friend told me there are larger dogs in the apartment) and had the nerve to tell my fiancé and I they suspected we were lying about our situation. Why would I go through all this trouble and weeks of barely any communication if I was just lying about everything? I wanted a big enough space for my daughter and dog to live happily. I even paid for a Guarantor Service that I asked to make sure they accepted only for them to deny it the day right before I was going to sign the lease, after I already paid for the service their company was listed on! Why would they tell me I was going to sign a lease and gave me a move-in date and then deny me right before?! Not only have they wasted 3 weeks of my time and resources, my family is still homeless. Seriously Laura, do better at your job. It was all lies and excuses with you and it’s clear now you never wanted us. I don’t know why you led me on for so long. Your company just wanted more money for that apartment instead of trying to accommodate a family in need. I feel sorry for my friend who had to deal with this company for so long. At least, I’m glad I don’t need to anymore.

Negative experience: Ok, here we go This "management company" actually charged us a late fee when our rent was on auto pay. Over the next few months after some phone calls (I was shocked I actually spoke to someone) and several emails promising that things will be remedied nothing was ever done So I deducted the bogus last fees from the rent. Then this company had the ballz to charge more late fees? No wonder they are on the brink of bankruptcy They have poor communication and never return emails Avoid at all cost!

Negative experience: They never return your email to advise of a community concern.

Negative experience: They never get back to show you any listing but is not right for a landlord or tenant. Just not professional

Negative experience: Trion Real Estate Management is one of the WORST 9 to 5 management companies l have ever dealt with. This so called management company is UNRESPONSIVE, NO work ethics just LAZY and extremely rude to unit owners. Unit owners have complained regarding improper billing practices, LACK of services, LACK of respect towards unit owners and failure to render services in which unit owners pay a monthly common charge for. Trion Real Estate Management is a half of a one star management agency... It is indeed an awful company with zero problem solving skills, NO transparency, just poor overall. I wouldn’t recommend this horrific so called management company. Also read the Yelp reviews on this awful/terrible so called management agent.

Fantastic experience: Mateo and Noelia we’re extremely professional, warmth, and welcoming to me . Based on the ways they interacted made me feel better. They treated me with respect, kindness and understanding. They showed empathy and genuine emotions too me . Our meeting was very productive and worthwhile too . Great job to them for being caring and compassionate people . Bravo

They have been prompt to address any concerns I have had and honestly have been the most respectful property management company I have worked with in my time in the real estate industry. Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough on my experience with Giovanni. I was a first time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Giovanni, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off me. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found one, Giovanni walk me through every step of the negotiations. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Giovanni and the Trion real estate team for being such a pleasure to work with.

Negative experience: Giovanni is the property manager for my area he is very hostile dismissive and disrespectful to women of color. He’s a big guy and acts impulsive. He went to go after me and had to catch himself because I had a witness. Laura is his wife she will probably try to erase this. His wife and her brother Carmelo are the owners. The google reviews they must have paid for. They have only been our management company for 7 months and have had to fire managers because of their aggressive behavior towards homeowners. Not professional they want you do what they say and you are expected it to have a voice. I witnessed them also being aggressive towards an employee. Mateo made a decision to lock homeowners in the facility with exit access only by security with key. This is a fire hazard. This company does not make wise decisions.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in my apt almost 3 years. Last year I got hurt on the job and I had no income. Elena from Trion management was kind enough to help me. She is very nice, patient, hands on, understanding and genuinely a great person overall. She has really helped me when things could have been bad. She would respond back very fast and was very reliable, knowledgeable and showed that she cared about my situation . There was never a time that I had a question that couldn’t be answered. She is very polite and respectful. She’s really just simply wonderful. Awesome team they have there!

Fantastic experience: Arnoldo Rivera in the Accounting office was very helpful . I had mailed in a check that was lost and the mail. He said I could just write a new check for last month's and this month's maintenance and he would waive any late fee. I am very appreciative, especially because I'm a new owner in this building.

Fantastic experience: I am an attorney for a Cooperative in Yonkers who recently hired Trion Real Estate Management as their new managing agent. I had neither worked with or heard of this company previously. They have been exceptional. Faced with limited information provided by the prior management company, Trion worked diligently to recreate all necessary books and accounts. The helped guide the Board through numerous decisions and policy changes to help the Building move toward a secure financial status. They then assisted the Corporation with obtaining new financing and, in the recent challenging environment, worked tirelessly to make sure that the mortgage refinancing went smoothly. They have done an excellent job and have been a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Finding an apartment that fit my very many specific needs was an absolute pain. At a time when I was about ready to throw in the towel and settle for less I came across Trion and have been ecstatic every day since. The service provided by the staff is next to none, I felt like the highest priority and found a better place than I could’ve imagined not long after. Fantastic experience: I am the elected secretary of the Board of a 55 unit condominium in Pelham. Trion is the second property management company we have dealt with and I can't imagine why it took us so long to make a change. Sara Belkadi is a wiz at giving us requested information promptly . If Sara can't get to it during regular office hours, she responds to our request in the evening. Giovanni Puerta keeps the Board up to date with weekly status reports on open items. Giovanni's follow up from our monthly Board meetings is productive and informative.

Fantastic experience: Before signing on to Trion, we had a problem with our books and a lack of transparency. When we found out that our former agent didn't pay a lot of the bills we need paid, it's a shock. So I want to introduce Sara to the world with Trion. She's the comptroller with many years of experience and was on a building's board for a bit as well. We have a great trail of bills paid, our records in order and our accountant that has no affiliation with Trion (they don't know each other) is happy. As board President, I go to Sara for a second opinion on budget proposals, perspective buyers based on fundamentals from the board packet and vendor management strategies. From the backoffice perspective, the status quo she sets is pretty hard to beat.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! They are the worst. They continue to raise rent but can’t take care of the building you live in. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. My elevator breaks every other week and My rent has gone up $300 in 2 years with no explanation other than “they can.” The office staff is rude and unprofessional. THE WORST!!!

Negative experience: If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They have been managing my property (condo complex) since shortly after we bought it in April of 2015. They are by far the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They always have their information wrong and NEVER EVER return calls, emails, etc when there's a problem!!! We own several condos in the area that utilize different management companies so I have a fair share of experience dealing with other companies. I am going to do my best to get on the board and get rid of them. The elevator in our building has been out of service since July...and they aren't able to fix it because of "lack of funds". Meanwhile, they've never reached out to instate an assessment to get the money to fix it. I just heard about it being out from my tenant (ps - it's mid-October). These other positive reviews MUST be fake...or entered by the employees and their friends/family because I know first-hand how they operate. Just ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: If you are a business owner that rents space to operate; you CAN NOT afford to do business without Trion as your Leasing Consultants. Don't negotiate or get into a lease without this company on your side! I'm in a business that requires my time to be focused upon my clientele - as opposed to racking my brain attempting to locate and identify potentially disadvantageous clauses within a lease. Trion should be kept on retainer as Leasing Consultants by any business owner that rents space from a landlord, in order to receive clarity and effective resolution on any looming (or arising) pitfalls that could affect your business. Being that they also lease out and manage properties themselves, they know both ends of this business and possess experience in the arena that I DO NOT. Trion should be added to every business owner's list of budgetary essentials that compliment business flow and effectiveness.

Fantastic experience: This group has worked with me in the past on lease review and rental issues, and I have to say that I've been nothing but impressed with how knowledgeable, kind, and punctual they've been. Every time I've ever has a problem they've been quick to help me find resolution without making me feel like I'm burdening them in any way. They are consummate professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Anytime you call you will get a live receptionist at the other end of the line who can direct you to whichever department you need. Fantastic experience: I have been living in a Hyde Park NY property for 2 years now. I just wanted to take a moment to let people know a couple things. Lauren the Property Manager is amazing, caring, helpful, always professional and tries her very best to go out of her way to help her tenants with any needs. The maintenance crew Lou and Mike are also wonderful to deal with any thing that needs taking care of is always taken care of in a timely fashion. I also feel very safe knowing they are here if there is ever a problem. Trion Real Estate Management have always treated me kind and fair throughout my 2 year residence. Looking forward to always having not only a professional relationship but the way they always take the time to make you feel like family and friends.

Negative experience: This is my first time renting an apartment. Unfortunately, I picked Trion Real Estate Management where the accounting department does not return phone calls or messages and property managers leave without giving tenants any future notice on who would be made available for help. These past few days I have been trying to get in contact with someone to explain to me why on my 1st month bill there is a 'balance forward'. I am renting out an apartment from Trion and notice a 'extra' charge. I call dozens of times and email different property managers and have not heard from anyone. I do not want to pay until I am certain that my rent money is going where it is suppose to go to. I will update when this issue is resolved.

Fantastic experience: Trion's overall management is wonderful. Lauren is an outstanding manage who makes sure that all the issues in my apartment get taken care of promptly, efficiently, and courteously. She is extremely professional and runs the office very smoothly. I had a rent discrepancy issue that lasted about 3 years and was not finally solved until Lauren became involved and kept at it to help it get it fixed.

Fantastic experience: I've been renting in a building managed by Trion. The only time I had a maintenance issue, they were there very quickly and took care of everything promptly. Way better than the last management company we had. I've seen how Trion Management operates and it is impressive. Trion manages apartments well. They get an A+ from me and that's not easy coming from a tough New Yorker.
