Within two months, my propriety was sold for the amount I wanted, and Samuel made it happen. Being that I live out of town, he made the transition smooth so that I did not have to worry about the tedious process of leaving my state to come to sell my property. Negative experience: I hired Sam Fugina, because he was positive he was going to get my property sold in less then 30 days. I thought he would be looking out for my best interest, My condo wasn’t even up a full week, and he presented me a low ball offer that he thought seemed to be great. $19,000 below asking, when I’m already the least expensive property on the block. I found him to be very unprofessional by the way he would speak to me. He basically made a lot of promises just to get me to sign his contract. I’m glad I’m no longer working with this man he would just make you jump on your first offer and shame you if you don’t take it. I felt he was on the side of the buyers, instead of looking out for the sellers best interest. If you are looking for top dollar for your property don’t hire him, he is a lister waiting for another agent to sell his listings. And I don’t want to bring up how he thought he can get around the HOA 20% down. He is just looking for a quick sale…

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive comments about Sam! This is the second property we have sold with him and the second property we have purchased with him. Let's start with the sale: Sam did a full walk through of our property, listing all of its assets and upgrades, and made a recommendation on a listing price, which was higher then what we thought. Two weeks later, and we were under contract for more than our target! Sam handled our request to be on property for every showing and inspection giving us peace of mind the house was protected while he was there. Sam guided us through inspection negations and answered all of the technical questions that come up during contracting. Now for the purchase: The market is crazy right now, and fast paced, and Sam knows his real estate. He is also the broker, no other middle man to ask, or get approval from. He can walk into a property and advise if the price is correct, over, under, what needs to be remodeled, why it hasn’t sold yet etc., his knowledge is extensive. Sam took the time to show us over a dozen properties, and helped us make multiple offers, finally settling on a great property. Sam has a very creative approach to get you the best deal he can. He offers suggestions to both sides so everyone walks away happy. He is truly the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with, answers calls, emails, and texts as soon as they come in. Sam is truly the best, you will not be disappointed if you hire him!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Sam for over 10 years now. He is my go to Realtor. I always know that when a person calls to ask about my Property-- he is going to pick up the phone and respond immediately. Unlike some Realtors who dont answer their phones and call back days later! Sam really works for his Clients so they can get the best outcome. Over the years- Sam has done things that prove how hard he will work for me. A good example-- I had a new Tenant move in one of my Rental Properties. That night the Lady calls and is upset because the Kitchen Cupboards had some stuff left over from the previous Tenant and there were food crumbs in some of the Cabinets. I guess my Cleaning Lady missed that. Anyway-- this Lady was freaking out and demanded that be cleaned right away! and I was out of Town and could not get there. Sam immediately called this Lady and somehow-- calmed her down. I dont know what he said- but she calmed all the way down. Then early the next Morning- Sam went there with cleaning products and gloves-- and got down and cleared and cleaned all the Kitchen Cabinets! He soothed that Tenant and made everythjng ok! That is what I am talking about! He will and has gone to bat for his Clients! Once you get Sam-- you will ne er go back to any other Agent!

Negative experience: If I could give less than one star I would: Unfortunately everything I have read about Sam is a completely lie. He is, by far, one of the most unprofessional and unethical individuals I have ever met. After looking at one of his houses listed on the MLS, which was extremely over priced (about $50k over), I submitted an offer. After meeting the owners and seeing the house again for the second time, I increased my price and came to an agreement on this house and my offer was accepted. We put this offer in writing and sent it over to be countersigned. After not hearing back from Sam all day, my realtor reached out the following day asking if we could get the document back ASAP to schedule inspections (again a completely normal request). Sam replied by telling my realtor that he wasn’t sure, and that the owners were working with an attorney regarding my offer, and that it wasn’t looking good.... YEP AFTER WE WERE ALREADY TOLD THE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED! (Now I’m not trying to get sympathy here, but I’m a single mom with two toddlers, who’s lease is up at the end of October and I need to find somewhere to move. I thought I found my forever home...) After that remark it went downhill. Sam continued to send harassing texts to my agent threatening her and telling her how she was the reason her client wouldn’t get this house, how she shouldn’t be paid for this and if her client (I) didn’t have to pay her, I would have gotten the house, that she was trying to strong-arm him (which come on man, that’s pathetic! Be a man! Not a child) He also told her to bring her client into his office and then the client could decide which agent she wanted to use. He even added in that he was pushing for me to get this house, but now he’s going to go convince the owners not to sell this house to me (keep in mind, I’ve never had one conversation with this idiot- not one! So he’s doing all of this to a damn stranger) He continued to bash me (the client) saying my offer was weak and how I’m not approved for this house (meanwhile honey, I can afford more.... just saying, bc you never asked). The list of his insults and lashing out goes on and on and the best part is I have it all in text so it’s undeniable. I was thinking of posting his beautiful words here, but figured that might not be necessary. Needless to say, this house that was the neighbor to my parents best friend, the house my family came to see and was so proud of me (their oldest daughter ) finally calling my own, is now in a pending state with another buyer, that’s right, after my offer was already accepted!!! I even Increased the offer to what the sellers asked for and Sam just never responded. This all stemming from simply asking for the signed contract that we had all (buyer and seller) already agreed on. Wow ! Professionalism at its finest!!! Good luck with this guy, he’s a real gem!
