Negative experience: I'm leaving a negative review if I can, because it's been over a week since we closed on our new house, which was represented by Chiesl & Marelly. They promised that all belongings of the previous owner would be removed, but despite our repeated requests since the final walkthrough, they were still there on moving day. Both our realtor and we have contacted Mike and his team multiple times, but nothing has been done, and they've started avoiding our calls.

We drove an hour to view this home and Mike just did not show up, and his cell phone went straight to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend working with these people. So disappointing.
