So, when my father passed away, it only made sense for us to ask Danny to sell the Family home. The property was in a prime location, but was outdated. The condo I was selling needed updating, but I didn't know where to start, or if I even wanted to make improvements. Danny helped me assess the value of my property AS-IS, and then with the help of Justin, who is a licensed Contractor on his Team, they provided me with a very sensible list of suggested improvements and a detailed and reasonable estimate to complete those improvements. But before putting the house on the market, we had questions regarding what improvements, if any, we could/should make to the house in order to maximize the sale value of the home. Danny and his Team advised us on what upgrades would yield the greatest return when selling. They also assisted us with getting bids for all recommended work, and then helped us manage the approved projects to completion. The service providers they helped bring in were reliable, timely, reasonably priced and they did good work. Fast forward to the selling process, we were impressed with the marketing of our home, from the professional photos and agent guided video tour. to the virtual staging and 3D tour they created for the house, all of which seemed to generate a lot of qualified interest in the property in a relatively short period of time. In the end, we sold for $25k over our list price, which we were very pleased with. We would recommend Danny and his Team's real estate services without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I hired Danny and his Team about two years ago to assist me with selling a Client’s sizable portfolio of real estate holdings. The portfolio was a mix of multi-unit properties, single family homes and condos, all of which were tenant occupied, which made the process of selling more complex and legally tricky. Danny and his Team executed a comprehensive plan to properly notify all tenants of our intent to sell, properly documenting, sending and posting all notices, as well as meeting with all tenants to personally explain our plans and timelines so as to help them understand, accept and cooperate with the process. I believe this personal touch and Danny’s hands on involvement was critical to how smoothly the tenant move-out process went thereafter. Then, as tenants moved out, Danny and his team recommended improvements that could be made to each unit so as to maximize the value on each sale, and provided detailed bids with accurate and reasonable budgets, achievable project timelines (that were always met), and an estimate of the increased value we could expect if improvements were made vs no improvements. Danny and his team managed the remodel projects, some of which were quite extensive, but they handled everything in a highly efficient and capable manner. As projects were completed and it came time to sell each property, the marketing was top notch and we achieved our sale price goals on every sale. The escrows were well managed and all of them went smoothly, which as a busy professional was very important/valuable to me. He also was so knowledgeable about the pricing, was extremely thorough in following up with the selling agents when we were interested in something, and was ready as soon as we wanted to make an actual offer (he literally dropped everything so we could get our offer in before anyone else)! He also read through 40+ pages of complicated HOA docs for one property that we were interested in to make sure we were protected, and because of his attention to detail we actually pulled out of that offer because he found something that we missed. Danny made himself available to us nearly 24/7 which was essential for our somewhat complicated contingent sale/purchase. We were on a very strict timeline for selling our house in order to not loose out on our new house, and Danny was INCREDIBLE at making sure it all got done. He went above and beyond what you would expect any agent to do. We were out of town and he even came to our house to be present for repairs that we had to do so that we could meet all of our deadlines. He had a guy on call for literally EVERY single issue we ran into.
