Negative experience: I would not recommend renting from this company. They are a total rip off and don't return your security deposit. Kept all of my security deposit after I left the place in better shape than when I moved in. No stars..

Negative experience: If you have a chance to rent from Jason, DONT do it. I don’t have a single nice thing to say about my experience with renting from him. I paid to break my lease early for personal reasons. Paid $500 for that and I wasn’t supposed to move out until May 1st. I accommodated him and moved out early on April 20th due to his renter wanting to move in earlier. I was promised my 300 something dollars for moving out early and my security deposit back. I left one stain on the carpet (nothing crazy it was very small and there when the current renters did the walk through. It was small enough for them to not notice) and got NONE of my money back. I tried suing through civil court and was unable to get him served. He outright stole money from a pregnant person who was relying on the money. Watch out for this guy. He is the definition of a crook. Edit: also, I had a leak through the window due to improper sealing and it caused my power outlets in the kitchen to not work and wasn’t fixed despite being told numerous times maintenance was coming to fix it. That happened probably 3 weeks before I moved out.

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT from Jason. You will regret it.

As a professional contractor, I have found that collecting payments from Jason has often been challenging, requiring us to pursue payments at various locations and frequently waiting until bills are overdue for settlement. He tends to prioritize expedited work at the lowest cost, sometimes opting for shortcuts, such as neglecting to trim hazardous limbs despite our recommendations. This has recently resulted in failures that necessitate our urgent response later on. Overall, I have observed that Jason's busy schedule can lead to difficulties in managing his projects and may result in less than favorable interactions with others. While I understand that the demands of his role can be stressful, I urge him not to direct this stress towards us, as we are here to provide assistance. To anyone considering future business engagements with Jason, I advise caution. It is important to recognize that he may prioritize his advancement, potentially at the expense of those who are trying to support him. If you are a professional, I recommend securing half of the payment upfront and including a late fee in your contract, as this may be necessary.

Negative experience: Jason has been my landlord for a little over a year and over the past few months I have been trying to get I contact him to not only do a few repairs in my apartment but to get a valid address to put in a notice to vacate. Now as I'm close to moving out, after doing research online I found a valid address and sent him a letter saying I was moving but my roommate was staying. He has still yet to call me back, after countless texts, phone calls and voicemails. He finally attatched a notice to my former apartments door saying I owed him money because my former roommates did not pay rent. I called the number within and his assistant answered saying she now handled his rental properties. When I asked her why he had refused to call me back, or at least have her call me months ago when this all began all she could say was that he was very busy. Apparently too busy to make a quick 5 minute phone call so this whole situation could be avoided, but not too busy to come to the apartment and tape a notice to the door. All in all an awful person, and horrible landlord that cares about nothing more than the money you're paying him. Would not ever do business with this awful person ever again.
