I purchased my house site unseen as I was stationed at another base. She was very attentive and descriptive when she was walking through numerous houses. She gave great advice of the neighborhoods. Fantastic experience: Outstanding service from a "On Point" real estate agent. Cant tell how much I would recommend Leslie. Leslie's knowledge of Wichita Falls and surrounding area was Top level. She knew exactly what I wanted in a home and didn't bombard me with houses that didn't meet my criteria. I told her what my deal breakers were and she knew what areas of the city had the right fit for me. Lets just say I had a list of requirements from age, price, roof age, storage to the direction my backyard was facing!! That Texas sun is a beast! It took awhile to find the right fit and that was really on me with all my demands but once she found the perfect property for me, she took the reins so to speak and negotiated far beyond me expectations. At closing I found out she negotiated some extras that really helped. If I had any questions she was a text/call away and always kept me informed throughout the entire process
