Fantastic experience: Ciarra and Bella were amazing! I’m moving to Wichita Falls Texas for a new job and Ciarra showed me a house that I fell in love with. We were having some issues trying to get ahold of my current landlord but they were able to work through it and get everything squared away to get me approved. Bella was amazing with working with me on getting the deposit paid since I currently still live in Oklahoma. I know I probably disrupted their day with all of my phone calls and texts but they were great at responding. They were AMAZING and I literally cannot thank them enough for everything they did!

Fantastic experience: I literally love how sweet they are first & foremost. I was someone who had a background & needed a second chance. Of course they gave it to me , they didn’t judge me nor did they wanna know. They were completely strangers to me but yet decided to give me and my daughters a chance at a new home. So to have trust in someone you don’t know is amazing. I went through them for two years . I had to unexpectedly move due to my house being sold. Of course they went above & beyond measures to make sure we found another place instead of just throwing me to the curb. I highly recommend this company!!!

Negative experience: Don’t ever rent from this company!! I was just evicted today. I went to rehab and paid all of my rent but was evicted for late fees. However I was never provided with HEAT!! It should be go unsaid that this is a basic human need and this was listed.

Fantastic experience: As a tennant of one of there newly aquirred properties, the transition from owner managed to property manager has been seemless. They take great pride in responding to tennant requests in a timely manner. No need for a second call/email, things get handled on the first request within a day or two. Thank you Melissa!
