Fantastic experience: 5 stars is not enough to reflect how amazing Kristi is. We worked with a couple other Realtors prior and after finding Kristi we never looked back. We started looking in the fall of 2024 and were hoping to find something by the end of the year. It was our first time buying a home so we really did not know exactly what we were looking for or how to navigate the process. Kristi helped us through EVERYTHING. Every time we sent her a house we may want to see she set it up quickly AND came back with 2-3 more in the area that she thought we also may want to see. We eventually made our first offer, which was declined and on that same weekend Kristi got us in to see what ended up being our dream home. The home we ended up buying was only on the market for one weekend, she dropped everything to make sure that we got a chance to see it that weekend and based on what she was seeing, her knowledge and expertise, she knew we would have to move quickly. She guided us through the rest of that weekend expertly, through the offer, negotiations, inspection and everything else. She was an absolutely invaluable resource. I often tell people that we got extremely lucky in finding and landing the house of our dreams. But the truth is that it wasn't really luck, it all came down to Kristi's knowledge, expertise, hustle and dedication. Kristi was there for us through the entire journey; through searching, declined offers, accepted offers, closing and even now almost 18 months after closing she still stays in touch. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could write a review that adequately reflects how phenomenal Kristi is, but anything I can come up with will not compare. We started the process of finding our home with Kristi end of September 2024, and her goal was to have us under contract by Election Day. Kristi was HUSTLING. Any time we found a house we liked she was finding 2-3 more similar houses in the area and would get us in to see them all in a few hours. After our first offer was declined Kristi was so supportive and helped calm us down and truly acted as our emotional support realtor Around 8 o’clock that same night we ended up finding our DREAM house. Fantastic experience: The Vernon Realty Group was absolutely Amazing! Kristi helped us sell our home, Nahleena helped us buy our new home, and Holly was there through both for anything we needed! Nahleena was exceptional! We had just accepted an offer to sell our first home and were on a time crunch to find a new one. We had a desired area of Charlotte we wanted to be but with very few homes in that area meeting our criteria we widened our search. Nahleena took us on a Tour De Charlotte to help us find what we were looking for.
