Negative experience: The rent manager was nice enough but they seem to be only aiming for certain people. This car has been sitting in the same spot for months and is taking up two spots. There’s a girl with glasses that constantly yells at 8am, yelling something about a ride. There’s trash constantly left be people outside.

Fantastic experience: Miss Freeman is an excellent property manager who sincerely cares about her community.She wants things to be done the the right way without shortcuts. She genuinely cares about her tenants. If you ask for something she will execute. She is a definitely an asset to this company.

Fantastic experience: Zaneta Freeman has made this experience so wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me with this move! I’m so excited for the move to antiquity heights!!

Fantastic experience: We are very happy to be living at Antiquity Heights. It's a clean, comfortable apartment in a safe, quiet community. The best part here is the staff! Zaneta Freeman is an outstanding property manager. She made our move-in smooth, she's very helpful and friendly and has a positive attitude. Our maintenance person, Patrick has been great - also helpful and friendly and quick to get things done. We are grateful.

Negative experience: The way I’ve been harassed and had SEVERAL unnecessary complaints is making my living experience absolutely terrible. I’ve considered moving because I feel watched and unsafe. Someone went to my leasing manager and reported me and recorded a video of me and proceeded to say “ it looked like she was licking something “. One complaint was because I left my towel outside to dry…. So now my living space is being compromised because if all the unnecessary complaints. I don’t bother anyone , I’m considerate, we pay our rent on time . Maintainer takes FOREVER to come and fix everything, I had to wait over two weeks one for someone to come and fix my toilet ,when my shower was stopped up. The last occurrence that really made me very annoyed was I had started looking around for emotional support animals a friend was helping me, she had found a dog , so I wanted to double check the process for it . When I asked Ms.Zaneta what the process was she NEVER once said that heir were breed or weight restrictions and when I looked it up and asked both my neurologist and my therapist they said HIPPA laws state that because it’s an emotional support animal it does not matter. Furthermore when I expressed this to her she said “ well you never definitely told me you were getting an animal “ . I don’t see how that’s relevant considering when I asked you it’s YOUR job to relay all that information. This is just many of the reasons why I am honestly over living at this complex. Unless you want to be constantly harassed even when you AREN'T doing DO NOT move here. This also has to be a reputation because she warned me that my neighbors can be and very particular. So I just feel like it’s low-key being It’s very evident that these people just like to abuse their neighbors. They already overstepped the boundaries several times, but especially when they recorded me against MY WILL then proceeded to show that video to my leasing manager without me knowing. I honestly had just went in there to ask about something then it came up in conversation. Who should play every month to tell bullies and unsafe? With that also being said it is genuinely starting to feel like I’m being targeted and my neighbors are RACIST and very IMMATURE

Fantastic experience: Looking for an apartment. Someone told me to check these out. Nice area. Close to the store. You can walk if needed.. quiet, I saw a few pets. Looks pet friendly.

Fantastic experience: Ms Zaneta Freeman, the Leasing Mgr for Antiquity Heights is the best, most professional, nice, knowledgeable and caring Agent for a property that I have had the privilege to work with on getting in the community. I cannot say enough good things about Ms Zaneta and also the property she manages. It is very nice, quite and very clean. I am happy to be a resident. Thank you Antiquity Heights for having such a nice lady to work with on the process for becoming a resident. Thank you Ms Freeman. Antiquity Heights Management and residents as well as all who are in some stage of the process are so very, very blessed to have such an efficient, professional, loving, encouraging and caring individual to represent “ a sense of family” which because of Ms. Zanita’s Enthusiasm for Life, for making a positive impact and difference in the world either for individual people or the entire Antiquity Heights Community. Being a Property Manager isn’t just a job it is a true calling and requires a very Special and unique Person with a giant heart that doesn’t just take the time but she makes the time so everyone that is fortunate enough to cross her path feels welcome, cared about and hopeful! Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have lived here for a month and we absolutely love it. The apartments are so nice. Very spacious! Brand new carpet and fresh paint was done right before we moved in. My application process was a little tricky but Zenita (landlord) who works in the office is amazing. For 3 weeks she stayed in contact with me almost daily. I wanted to live here so badly! She was patient, understanding, kind, compassionate, and most importantly she truly cares! I have had landlords in the past that were not very nice. Zenita is approachable, and always ready to help with anything you need help with. There’s not a single day where I’ve had a question or needed help, and she didn’t get back to me immediately. She is ON IT!! The apartments are beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. Which is important. The neighbors are friendly I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place! It was a true blessing that we got this apartment and I will always be grateful to Antiquity Heights for giving my daughter and I our home. There are people here that have lived here for 10 years.. 12 years.. and who don’t ever want to move. that says something!!

Negative experience: Correspondent this morning with the representative as to how I could obtain information about the section 8 voucher and using it with their unit if possible same as though the woman was relatively morbidly evasive didn't really have a lot of insight I don't necessarily know what's going on with a lot of these housing developments and why it seems as though maybe they hate what they're doing maybe they're getting bad customer service experiences I don't necessarily know but treating everybody the same and they are just really trying to gain some sort of mutuality situation to situation case by case you treating them all the same I don't necessarily recommend this property nor do I see myself applying for them I would have if the woman was a bit more insightful about the community.

Negative experience: This is my first time ever leaving a review online but I felt it necessary. Lived here for 5 years and never had a problem. When I last moved out, I found a charge for almost $1000 several months later from Antiquity Heights in collections on my credit report. Shocked, I called the office and spoke with the current manager (who wasn't there at the time I moved out) to find out what was going on. The current manager, Leslie Gardner is absolutely nasty and unprofessional. It's amazing she is in her position having to deal with the public. I asked for proof they had notified me of the charge and she couldn't provide it. Such a simple request yet she argued and became agitated upon questioning. I asked to speak with someone above her and she never gave me contact information for anyone. Months later, I am still trying to figure out what happened and it will likely stay on my credit report.... I've heard of a similar situation from another resident and upon speaking with a local police officer, I was told they run a shady business. I've tried several times to get a hold of someone at GEM Management but their email bounces back and I can't get anyone on the phone. Beware of Leslie Gardner and GEM Management...

Negative experience: This place is a joke. I paid for two app fees when I got told I’d be moved in the following week (I even started packing and told my landlord) only to find out I’ve been out on a waiting list. With no place to go, I managed to find an apartment last minute. Here I am, 5 months later with a voicemail that I’m at the top of the list (finally!) and I call back and guess what? The apartment is taken and they moved on to the next person on the list. Don’t even bother getting your hopes up. Rude, terrible employees.

Negative experience: Dealing with the service team is difficult, time consuming and they move as if they are frozen. I was locked out of my apartment by them, then they took close to 45 minutes to walk less than 300 feet.

Fantastic experience: Apartment may have a olf smell but they are taken care of with a good community

Positive experience: It is close to common places that a family may need.

Positive experience: Great complex that's quaint in the midst of a nice shopping area with others not far away down 73 including Birkdale only minutes away

Fantastic experience: Ms Tammy Williams took the time to be kind and helpful to me..and you don't often find that when looking for income based housing.

Fantastic experience: Stepping stone appartments or comfortable living.

Negative experience: There is a lot of drug use in this complex and rules not abided by nor inforced in regards to this. Neighbors are too involved in each other’s business.

Positive experience: Confusing gps directions.

Fantastic experience: Such a great place to live, shop & nightlife. All you need right here.

Negative experience: Nosey neighbors

Negative experience: Love the community but male person in office lacked quality customer service. No greeting, No I'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. He did not look friendly at all. Both sales persons looked very judgmental and unfriendly. :-( Not sure If I would want to live in a community where the office personnel was not very friendly or inviting. Damn shame because the community looks nice. Not the best I've seen but to be in the country, it wasn't too bad.
