Fantastic experience: I am sorry that Frank Bowman, who posted below, had such a bad experience. My wife and I have been dealing with Vicki Dalton and we have never been with a realtor more professional, knowledgeable, and devoted! She has helped us with our purchase in monumental ways I would run out of words to describe.

Fantastic experience: I first worked with Kathy Day when I purchased my home back in 2012, and she helped me make such a smart investment that I didn’t hesitate to return to her 14 years later when it was time to sell. I’m so glad I did! Kathy went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She personally painted a room, cleaned up leaves that fell after I had already moved out, and even stopped by to drip the faucets so the pipes wouldn’t freeze. That level of care is truly exceptional. She got my house under contract quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. When we hit a slight delay in closing, she was calm, reassuring, and helped ease my nerves. I can’t recommend her highly enough — Kathy is dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients.

Negative experience: If communication and ethical traits are what you are looking for do not put your trust in Michelle Harrison . Look for another realtor for you home purchase. No response from her broker Creigh Hill as i left VM email and text . So Many other choices out there, do your research .

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently purchased a townhouse. We worked with Bobbie Little and had the best experience. She helped us find just the right place for us, and guided us through the many steps from making an offer to closing - always in a professional, knowledgeable, and super pleasant manner, while paying great attention to fine details. We highly recommend Bobbie!

Negative experience: This company inadvertently listed my home as sold in 2021 when it was not up for sale, nor did they sell it. They also listed it as sold way below market value. Immediately after this office made this mistake, nothing was done and my home value according to sites such as Zillow and Realtor. Even though this doesn't "decrease my homes value", it holds true that it will affect the perceived value, which is extremely important when selling a home. With nothing done at the time of the event (messages and proof to verify), this company has done wrong and has fully earned this 1 star review.

Fantastic experience: Shannon Malone was 10/10 when helping us find our home that we bought in November 2022. It took us awhile to find and had been discouraging at times with how crazy the market was, but Shannon was encouraging, uplifting, professional, and really made buying our first home the best experience! We were really set on one specific area, and she made sure we got what we were asking. Couldn't have been happier!

Fantastic experience: Best couple realtors around! Amazing woman of God

Negative experience: Not all realtors are created equal !!! Buyers beware!!! 233 Sundown Road is a hidden nightmare! Denise is the owner and realtor that hides truths about building violations. I withdrew my contract because of intimidation, decency and bullying!!! This realtor was reported to the North Carolina Realtor Board . Note how the image shows 4 bedrooms and three baths on the original MLS and today the non permitted master bedroom has vanished

Fantastic experience: We listed our home on a Thursday evening with Ron and Susan Williams accecpted an offer on Sunday and closed 3 weeks later. Everything was straight forward and easy. Could not be more satisfied. If you are lookibg for a great realtor to either sell your home or help you purchase I highly recommend them. t

Negative experience: My agent and I dealt with a listing through Debi Gallo. Everything started out pretty good then went down hill tremendously. I would not recommend buying and listing or use as an agent at all. We were asked about pieces of furniture in the house and the seller leaving them if we wanted. We decided we did not want someone else's property for us to deal with. We asked numerous of times for the house to have nothing left in it. As expressed that numerous of times. After having a walk thru and the seller was gone the desk and barstools remained. We reached out to Debi about the removal and were told it was our responsibility to remove the sellers property and the sellers were not in the area anymore. My agent asked if she could go and remove the sellers property and was refused as the seller didn't want the liability of something happening. I will not recommend Ms Gallo due to non-responsiveness and common professionalism. Very bad these kind of agents cause a bad reputation for the ones that do care and no one wants to deal with Real Estate agents anymore. Like used car sales. Be cautious of this particular agent. Very cautious. Would not recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Buddy Frey, good man. Honest and sincere people are hard to find these days. He is as honest as they come

Negative experience: I must caution any prospective clients with regard to their agent Steve Perri. I would not use this agent under any circumstances. Steve was our seller agent when we sold our home in Charlotte, and the outcome was a disaster. Steve did more for the buyer then us his client and wound up costing us thousands of dollars. Steve was selected because we had known him for many years, and considered him a family friend. We relied on Steve to guide us through the process and help us avoid any pitfalls. Essentially the buyers agent ran circles around him and it costs us dearly.

Fantastic experience: Let me be clear when I say this. Arlene Arciero is the best realtor there is. I'm not talking about within the Charlotte metro area either. She is the best period. My wife used Arlene in the past before we knew each other and was hell bent on using her again to sell and buy our new home. I was blown away by how much she cares, and goes out of her way. We sold our house in 3 days. That gave us the capability to go under contract on our dream home that we will be closing on this month. My wife and I do not consider Arlene a realtor. We both consider her a friend. Thank you to Arlene and Southern Homes of the Carolinas. I can honestly say I hope we never have to move again, but if we did there is no doubt who will be assisting us in this process. I tell everyone I know about her and Southern Homes of the Carolinas now and in the future. Thank you so much again.

Negative experience: I wanted to take a tour of the house and so came in touch with Alina Lorenzo from Southern Homes of the Carolinas about couple of weeks back. During our first call, she wanted me to sign a buyers agreement. Without even meeting her face to face or knowing her, this came out very strong to me that she asked me to sign a buyers agreement in the first call. There was no effort from her side to make an offer to meet me or get to know me. Then after the call and in the following days, she insisted me to sign a buyers agreement by creating a panic that houses are selling fast. and that I need to sign an agreement so she could help me. I understand it is a competitive market, but the way she came all over me by constantly trying to paint a horrific picture, she really freaked me out. she offered me a complimentary MLS subscription, but even for that I had to sign a buyers agreement. it would be called "complimentary" if i did not had to sign any agreement. the way she approached me to get her business seemed desperate and she constantly tried to create panic around me.

Fantastic experience: AMY RODGERS GRAMLICH. A true angel in disguise. When my husband and I first met with her, I wasn't 100% sold on purchasing a home anytime soon because I was dreading the long, complicated process... we purchased our first home 4 weeks later. Needless to say, she is a rockstar at what she does-- our process was so smooth and quick! When it came to looking at homes, we would sometimes find one that we loved and send it to her, but she would be 210% transparent on her thoughts-- quality of school district, crime, age of home/structure, etc. A lot of realtors are only focused on the bottom dollar, but Amy always looked out for our best interests. Her negotiation skills and knowledge of the region, coupled with her experience in real estate is what sets her apart from everyone else. We could go and on :) thank you, Amy!

Negative experience: Most of their reviews are fake as they were posted by their own realtors. My experience with Southern Homes was not good at all. First, I did not like the way I was asked to sign the contract. I was in impression that I am signing offer for a house I like. My broker just told me he is sending me some documents. He did not mentioned its a contract. Second, when I asked my Broker to terminate my contract as I don't like to work with him anymore he said NO you will have to be with us until the contact ends. Southern homes will make money regardless. Finally, when I tried to contact the Broker in Charge, after so many calls and voicemail, no response. Guess what Southern home, I am buying my home now. I am out of my contact.

Fantastic experience: Smelled great from the parking lot, could barely get in the door it was so packed, cool, fun atmosphere, friendly service, delicious food, budget friendly, clean bathrooms.

Negative experience: I was seeking to view a property and was given Karen's information. I recieved emails from her regarding the wrong property, she had a showing scheduled for the same day within 30 minutes of when I requested and never recieved a phone call. No responses to either of my emails. So finally I called HER which should not have been the case. She answered the phone with no introduction but rather an annoyed "Hello" while on the phone with her I could hear other individuals speaking with her and she was responding to them rather than giving me the appropriate time of day. When I asked to see the property she was dismissive and said "just so you know we already have applications for that house" which is fine but that doesnt mean they'll be approved. When I pressed the issue she was again dismissive and told me we couldn't see it because the A/C was broken and you can't spend more than 30 minutes in the house. It sounds like she was just lazy and didnt want to drive out to let us see the place. Very unpleasant experience and who ever she represents should be appalled by this realtors attitude and her representation of them and their properties.

Negative experience: I worked with a broker who posted poor photographs of my home (I re-photographed), posted an incorrect listing (my home had 3 bedrooms), and told me not to stage. When I listed on Redfin I had buyer in a week but still paid him his commission for doing nothing. This broker wanted to close quickly to line his pocket and had no concern for my return. A very unethical realtor.
