Fantastic experience: Once Matt knows what you want and what you need and you give him the go ahead things tend to happen very quickly. He is always looking for ways to get you what you need and want. He knows that if he can get you the things you need he will succeed all the way around! The only reason I would have used someone else to sell my house was if he had got out of the business or was just physically unable to.

Fantastic experience: If you want someone who will actually work for you, choose Matt Thomas! He knows what he is talking about and will get your house sold. We had a disappointing experience with a different Realtor. We tried for 5 months to sell our home and only had 5 showings. We took a break and then tried again, this time with Matt. What a difference! Matt gave us great information so we knew how to price our home, he watched the market with us so we knew when to list our home, and he put in all of the extra work to make sure our home had as much exposure to buyers as possible. He communicates, follows through, and has systems in place to make the process as easy as selling a home can be. When we listed with Matt, we had a full price offer in less than 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: We are incredibly happy that we chose Matt Thomas to sell our Thornton home in Colorado. Matt’s approach covers exceptional marketing, pricing, and negotiation. He knows which questions to ask to help identify key selling points for a house and the property it sits on. Above everything else, I would put a picture of Matt next to the definition of the word “integrity” in the Webster’s Dictionary. He went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. Our situation involved a buyer who backed out of the contract after our moving trucks were packed and we were less than 12 hours from leaving town. This happened at the peak of the latest interest rate hikes, so the market was starting to get hit pretty hard. Matt worked with us on a modified strategy. Given the fact that we would now be overlapping home ownership with another home in a different state, we had already moved to that other home, and we needed to do whatever we could to still get maximum return on the sale of our home as quickly as possible. That strategy included making proactive improvements on the home. This would absolutely not have been possible without Matt making himself available to manage the three different contractors for the projects. We were out of state and had no family back in Colorado to help do this for us. Matt graciously stepped in and took care of all of this in our absence! We are eternally grateful for having Matt during what would have otherwise been a situation with unhealthy stress levels.

Positive experience: Matt assisted me with three home transactions in the last 3.5 years, two sales and one purchase. In each case he provided a comprehensive plan upfront explaining the current market conditions and valuable insight into what I could expect based on actual sales data, not an optimistic sales pitch. He communicated with me at least once a week and usually more often to guide me with updates and discuss any concerns or questions I had. Matt Thomas has helped so many of my friends, family, and colleagues with purchases in the Denver Metro area that I could write a book. But instead, I'll write this really awesome review. Matt and his team are detail oriented, focused, and patient; all very important characteristics in Real Estate. They are problem solvers and forward thinkers. Fantastic experience: For years, my wife and I rented, moving every 12 months and dragging our kids along with us. It was exhausting and we did not enjoy it. When we were finally able to scrape up some money, someone suggested we use Matt Thomas as a realtor and he literally changed our lives. His knowledge of the market allowed us to get a great price in a great location. Our townhouse became our home, and we could not have been happier. He was able to make things go so smoothly, I never fully realized the amount of effort that took (maybe I still don't), or just how difficult that can be. Especially in the current environment. Fantastic experience: Matt was fantastic to work with. Within an hour of me reaching out to him he called me back to set up a time to meet with him and discuss what I wanted. During the process of finding houses to look at he was attentive to what I was looking for and did a great job of sending me info on new listings as they hit the market. Fantastic experience: I have worked with Matt for over a year. After I listed my home for sale in Florida I asked my realtor if he might have any recommendations for a realtor in the Denver area and lucky for me he had met Matt at several real estate seminars around the country that they had both attended. So I contacted Matt before my house even sold and picked his brain about the Denver market. Not only do I give Matt 5 stars for his expertise and professionalism but also for his recommendation of a mortgage broker who has been unlike any I have ever worked with in the past. Brian Dewald of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation was able to somehow accomplish my closing in just 3 weeks!!!! Matt's patience with the home buying process, especially in a market like Denver's had been second to none. His sense of urgency in this market which is truly key in getting a timely offer presented could not have been better!! If you are looking for a true real estate professional to represent and help you through the home buying process here in the Denver Metropolitan area then look no further.
