Fantastic experience: I met Elsa during the most difficult and stressful time of my life. I was going through a very contentious divorce and the communication with my ex in regards to the sale of our house in the beginning was almost impossible. I interviewed 10 different realtors, going from the type A personalities that always call you “buddy”, to the ones that push you to give away your house by pricing it ridiculously low, to the ones are flat out lazy. From the beginning Elsa was extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, very patient and diligent on her follow ups. She made sure the communication between my Ex and I was efficient and effective. The network Elsa has ensured every step of the sale moved along, and when I saw the pictures and 3d tour once the house was put in the market, I was truly speechless.
