Fantastic experience: My wife and I have purchased several properties in the past 40 years. Never before have we done a deal that worked as smoothly as selling a condo with Curt Keables as our realtor. Usually I avoid recommending anybody to anyone. Curt is an exception to that rule. Operating with a 21 day escrow, your realtor has to stay on top of everything.......and Curt did. Without hesitation, I would work with Curt again and would confidently recommend him.

They're family, so they know what to look for in helping you find a home. And the majors.....well, let's just say Curt is one tough cookie when he needs to be. And then those moments where you feel overwhelmed. Curt has an ear for that also. (Ask him about the "rambler")! Never be afraid to ask those guys their take on things either. If I was to sell and or buy again. I'd go with Curt again. He's also very down to earth. And has chickens even!

Fantastic experience: Curt and Spencer went the distance with us. We were in escrow 3 times and finally closed February 18. They sold the house 3 times! We didn't think it would ever sell as it was an "as is" sale and a non compliant home. Curt and Spencer did it and did it fast! They are so friendly, responsive and very professional!
