Fantastic experience: Traci Cooper and her team helped me purchase my first home in 2016, then helped me purchase our second in 2026 and at the same time sell our first. We've used her three times now and she never disappoints. Any future purchases or sales we do will be done with her and her team - I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a realtor.

Although aspects of the preparation of our home were complex, Traci guided us through the process with grace and expertise. Fantastic experience: First, I'm a single elderly woman with daughters living out of Chico and I know nothing about real estate. Traci Cooper truly acted as "my" agent throughout the entire preparation and sale of my home of thirty years. She is completely sincere and honest and always answered/explained any questions or anxiety that I was experiencing and I had a lot. She was always understanding and supportive. Negative experience: I called Traci about a property that I was interested in, right away she started asking me a lot of personal questions. She seemed like she was fishing to see if I was someone that was worth her time to deal with. She said that she was busy at the moment and would get back with me. I wanted to look at the property ASAP because I knew it would sell quickly so I called another realtor who was very professional and met me at the property the same day. I ended up purchasing the property and Traci still has not called me back.‍♂️
