Fantastic experience: In 2014 Lou represented me when buying my condo in what felt like the wild west market in Jamaica Plain condos. Fantastic experience: We regret not following through with these guys after our initial consultation. We agreed to a friend of the family to help us so that we didn’t lose the help we needed as we were out of state for the sale. What a nightmare!! She ended up being incredibly unprofessional, she was making shady deals on the side with the other joint owner, promising them extra funds we didn’t agree to. She made assumptions regarding the HOA that ended up pushing us back by weeks, and we were quite literally one day away from the possibility of being sued for failure to close. She was so bad even the family was ready to fire her too. I really wish we had gone with these guys.

I have been through a number of realtors and Brokers in this industry. No one is as knowledgeable as Lou or makes the process of buying as easy as Lou. Best in the biz. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, great employees. Very dedicated, will stop at nothing to make sure you go home satisfied. While negotiating the contract I expressed some second thoughts, but the woman helping me out sealed the deal, going as far as giving me an offer I couldn't refuse to make sure I left happy with my decision. I'm going back for a fifth condo tonight. Only complaint is that one time I was serviced by a different agent, I believe his name was Tim? It was kind of uncomfortable but I could tell he was into it so I just signed the contract anyway. Still did a great job though, you know, if you're into that sort of thing.

Fantastic experience: We had the best possible experience one could have renting. Unlike some reviewers on here, we READ the fine print and were o.k. with how real estate is practiced. Not only were they professional, funny, friendly but they had the cutest dogs in their office to pet and go on showings with. They answered all our questions immediately, we never had to second guess and the process was made so easy for us we barely felt like we had to do anything at all. 100/100 would recommend and refer to all my friends. When our lease is up, we will be buying a home through this company. The negative reviews are just angry people who want others to work for free, and didn't bother to listen when spoken too. Sad you had to come on here and write lies about such amazing, kind, truly unique people.

Negative experience: SCAM. They asked me to signed the paper at night before we saw the unit without much explanation. I didn't know it was an agreement that they will take the deposit even though we don't sign the lease. They requested 1 month of rent as a refundable deposit to negotiate with the owner to get what we want. During the process the agent gave us lots of pressure saying that other people are also looking.. he did not help negotiating at all. At the end we didn't like the offer so we asked our $ 3500 deposit back even before receiving the lease. That's when they told us it is NOT refundable and they hung up on us and never called us back. We are in our process of suing this company and the individual agent we dealt with. Imagine you have to pay deposit to see the every apartment you are considering and they give you pressure to make decisions ... if not, they won't refund the money. It is the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience we ever had.

Negative experience: Worst agency possible, in particular dealing with Timur. A loft was showed and little advice was given while evaluating the property. Moreover, a copy of the application sent to landlord on our behalf was never shared with us and they never ensured that we received the lease in time to make arangements. Now they are intending to keep one month's security deposit without returning any calls or sending over what they say we supposedly signed commiting us to paying a fee. Fantastic experience: Agent Tim Mackin helped me find and rent an apartment. He was flexible and worked to show me listings around my schedule. I got to see apartments right away, which ended in me getting one that could've been rented the next day. He also showed me everything within my price range and according to everything I had on my list of wants. When I found my place, he was very helpful with explaining the process and filling out paperwork, as it is my first time renting. Tim and the rest of the staff at Revolution Realty are a joy to work with and I would definitely go to them again in the future. I also highly recommend them for anyone searching for places in the Boston area, especially first time buyers/renters.
