Fantastic experience: I had initially tried to sell my condo in Cambridge during the acute decline in housing prices. Charles Cherney was very helpful in maneuvering through that difficult time. When it did not sell his firm very successfully arranged for rental. When after 2 years it went back on the sales market. Charles provided excellent advice on rehabilitating the property. We followed his advice and sold the property for $10G more than I had asked which was in the range I had attempted 2 years before. During the sale period Charles kept the condo looking good, replacing light bulbs, putting batteries in remotes etc. The final closing was difficult and Charles was supportive during that frustrating time.
