Positive experience: Jaclyn from MTN & MAIN has been amazing to work with. She’s helped us find two houses and sell one. She was advocated for us when we were putting offers on homes. She was familiar with the market and what to list our house for and it was under contract quickly. The 3% fee was a hard pill to swallow, but the services provided could be worth it. I’d recommend her when buying and or selling a home.

Fantastic experience: Alan was referred to us by a mutual friend. We had a short window to look and buy a house. We took a spur of the moment trip and gave him a call out of the blue. He dropped all plans and found us houses to see same day for our short trip. Moving from New York was stressful enough as it was. Alan went to houses for is via facetime and made everything extremely effortless. We found the perfect house in progress with a perfect move in date. Every aspect of the buy was handled by Alan. It was our first home purchase and i know for sure it couldn't have been easier with anyone else. If 10 stars was an option i’d choose 11.

Fantastic experience: White-glove experience while working with Alan Munoz. He gave his opinions, but was never pushy. Took us through a variety of different areas and houses, but always based it on something we had previously expressed interested in. We ended up purchasing a new build, which comes with its fair share of headaches, but Alan walked us through the process start to finish, and talked us off the ledge a few times when things were getting delayed. Now, we’re in our new place and happy to have done the process with Alan. I couldn’t think of a better person to have by our side during the home purchasing process.

Fantastic experience: If you are wanting to buy a house or sell your home this is the company you want to have do it for you. We have tried in the past to use other real estate agency's a long time ago and our house was on the market for over a year and never sold. With MTN & MAIN we had offers and it sold within a week. Joe Maylin is great to work with. We have dogs that we had to work around during the showings and he never complained or had an issue with it. He did what would work best for us and to get our house sold. He made it easy for us to understand the process because it can be stressful to sale and buy at the same time. He was available at all times of the day and week if we had any questions or problems. He listened to us and that is what was important to us. I would recommend him and this company to anyone. Fantastic experience: We were trying to get a new house for the past 3 years. We put offer on about 3 dozen different homes with no luck. Most ours was even the highest offer and we still didn't get it. 3 months ago we met Clay and started working with him we finally found a house my wife just loved. We were the lowest offer out of about 7. With all the extra work Clay did, they choose our offer. As long as the market is as crazy as it has been, you need a good agent. Clay is the best one around Salt Lake and Davis County you can find. If you are going to get an agent, there is no reason you would want anyone else but Clay. I guess all I really have to say is; you can pick any agent you want, but you better pray that if you don't have Clay that he is not representing someone else that is putting an offer on the same house you want.
