Fantastic experience: Updating my review after working with Josh and Matt on a second property....and my opinion has only gotten stronger! We’ve now worked with them on two different properties, and both times they delivered exactly as promised. Their expertise, honesty, and thoroughness truly set them apart. There were no surprises, no overpromising...just clear communication, strong strategy, and consistent follow-through. They made the entire process feel easy, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. We always felt informed and confident in every decision. If you’re looking for realtors who combine integrity, market knowledge, and real results, Josh and Matt are the team you want. (REVIEW FROM 2023) Steph and I had an amazing experience with Josh, Matt and Wendy. First off, Josh and Matt came to the property, absolutely positive, exuberant, and it was a fantastic experience. Both Josh and Matt were professional, guiding us through the process with expertise and dedication, always available to answer questions, without making us feel inadequate for asking. Thanks to their efforts, our property sold quickly and at a great price (listed on a Thursday afternoon, in contract by Saturday! Impressive!!). They used many more resources than expected to get the property advertised well, and get the right buyer in place! When our first offer fell through, Josh was very positive and reassuring about getting another offer and selling the house. His recommendation for an asking price was spot on and we sold the house for our asking price. Wendy was always available to answer questions and proactively sent information I needed to make good decisions throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Matt and Josh were recommended to us by our next door neighbors, who also used Matt and Josh to sell their house. It was a super easy process to set up everything with them to put our house on the market, even when it was not in a preferred season to sell a house. They were very flexible and very responsive that met the need of our busy traveling schedules. Wendy in their office was particularly helpful with regular emails and texts updates.

Fantastic experience: We got set up with Matt through Zillow while looking to buy our first home and he was great to work with! He was always super quick to respond to us and very knowledgeable of the whole process. He made us feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we made and overall helped to alleviate a lot of stress that comes with buying a home. I would definitely work with him again.

Fantastic experience: There is a reason why these guys sell more houses in a month than most do in a year. They were able to sell our house in 30 days for the price we wanted in a very challenging market. They are super responsive. They helped set a solid initial strategy and helped us adjust as needed. Wendy was on top of everything in the back office and Matt and Josh were always available if needed. The initial listing process to showings and finally the closing were so much easier than we had expected.

Fantastic experience: Awesome guys! Everyone they recomended and brought onto the team were fast, responsive, and amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer I came in knowing nothing about the process and only knowing them as a recomendation from a friend. I knew I could ask them any questions I had and they did a wonderful job of explaining everything. A+++ I can't recomend them highly enough :D Update: 2/28/24 Just sold the same property from 2019 with them. Stellar service, again. No surprises there! Even though I had to move suddenly out of state, they made the selling process from out of state a breeze. From start to finish they were responsive, and on top of it. A+++ once again!

My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and we feel so fortunate to have found and worked with Matt and Wendy! Fantastic experience: Josh was freaking great. Walked us through the whole buying experience for our first time getting a home. We had a lot of questions and I was pretty nervous buying right now with prices and interest the way it is. But then I remembered… I’m a FNG…. What would I know about interest and closing costs and second mortgages.. etc. My wife and I decided to jump in and just do our best to learn and understand what we could about the entire process. The closing got moved out a few weeks because of construction. And honestly zzzzzz, we’re in the home now and everything so far has been great. So I don’t mind. Anyways, We’re warm and cozy in our brand new home and the wife couldn’t be happier. So Josh did right I’m my book. He also got my wife a Monster Minky.. look!! There I am now! Fantastic experience: Josh is awesome! We were first time home buyers so I had no clue about anything in the process, and honestly I was really scared about the financing part. He did a fantastic job alleviating all of our fears, and introducing us to his many real-estate contacts from mortgage brokers to carpet cleaners. I knew I wanted a modern home, so I sent him a home I liked South of Salt Lake, and he was able to find a builder in the clearfield area willing to work with me. Any questions I had, he could get the answer to, and he had great suggestions on features a new home should have in our market. In the end I got a custom 4300sq ft prairie style modern with an 1100 Sq ft garage, on just over 1/3 acre, on a paved dead end (safer for my kids). We love our new home and can't thank Josh enough for his support. In the future we will use him again for sure!

Positive experience: Unfortunately, I was set up with two realtors who weren't right for a first time home buyer, like myself. After sharing my experience, Josh got in contact with me directly and really smoothed things out. I am changing my review to 4 stars as it started off as a 1 star experience but the professionalism and understanding from Josh has certainly improved my view. So, when we decided to sell and purchase a new home, we knew we wanted to shop around for realtors. We happened upon Matt and Josh on Zillow and we ARE SO GLAD WE DID!! Fantastic experience: Working with Josh & Matt has been the best experience over the last 5 years. Starting out with buying our families first home which went about as smooth as anyone could ask for to 4 years later helping us sell this home and buy our second home. There is no one else we would trust as much as we do Matt & Josh. They made sure we got every penny we wanted out of our first house and helped us walk into this second home with equity that wouldnt have been there without their due diligence and knowing the area we were trying to buy in. Fantastic experience: Josh was great to work with. He found us a home beyond what we thought we could afford within our price range, and in a great neighborhood. Also, they have kept a good relationship with us since the sale by inviting us to customer appreciation events. For example, around Easter they sponsored an Easter Egg Hunt, they have sponsored events at the Trampoline Park, Black Island Farms, and other fun places.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I worked with Matt and Josh to buy a house. We were very impressed with their service. We had initially been looking in Layton and ended up buying in Bountiful. They were very good to arrange to see many houses and provided some valuable input. They worked hard to accomodate our needs.
