Fantastic experience: This was our third time purchasing and selling a home. We had used the services of a different realtor for our prior purchases, and the experience was fine. We were connected to Fabian by the sales team of our new build home and we could not be more grateful for the introduction. Fabian and his team provided a completely different experience and gave the best care we've ever had in selling and purchasing a home. Fabian truly cares and goes above and beyond to advocate and represent his clients. He's extremely communicative, attentive, and kind. We felt that we were in the best hands possible, especially during such a difficult real estate market. He knew what to do to sell our home and make sure we were still getting the best investment and return. We were able to sell our home within the contingency time frame given to us from the builder of our new home. Which was a major feat in itself in this difficult market. From start to finish, he has been consistent, communicative, and has great follow through. He was more thorough during the walk through of our new build home and caught more things to fix than we did! We knew we could depend on him no matter the task. He made the whole experience feel like you were being cared for by family and he treated us as such. When we moved into our new home, one of our cats had gone missing due to the new environment. Fabian heard what happened and created missing posters for our cat to put in our new neighborhood. It was incredibly thoughtful and just one example of his kindness and how much he deeply cares for his clients. I cannot recommend him and his services enough!
