1 year ago Positive experience: Frank and Brittany were of great help. Courtney from the title company gave the notary wrong information so I had to sign all the documents twice. We had less than 24 hours to review our closing statement and it contained an error. Courtney lead us to believe our wire transfer would arrive soon after it was sent. It was posted the next day.

1 year ago Negative experience: Wanted to share our experience with this agent as a buyer. We purchased a home in January, 2024 from this agent and his seller. We completed a thorough inspection process and also requested any information on the yard, flooding or any other issues. We moved early in the summer, and we realized that the yard had severe drainage and grading issues. These are required disclosures in the State of Florida, but both this agent and his seller not only decided not to properly disclose, but they also lied when asked about it. I've attached images of the text response and the flooding that happened every time it rained throughout the summer. We're a young growing family and the impact of this was truly devastating, emotionally and financially. It's a reflection on this agent but also his brokerage, I tend to think in life it's important to do the right thing and this was a pretty obvious example of not doing that. We've had the HOA and just about every resident in this community stop by at some point to say how this house was known to have issues, including reports given to us from former tenants who had leased it and experienced the same thing. More of a cautionary tale, and worth sharing how this impacted our family.
Kris, I am truly sorry to hear what your family is going through. Unfortunately this is the first time I am hearing of an issue. With the sale closing a year ago I am not sure what property is being referenced. I agree with you, we should always do the right thing. I live by and raise my children on the phrase what you put out into the world comes back to you. I do however disagree with you that this is a reflection on myself or my brokerage. When I meet with a seller I have no prior knowledge of the property. I rely on them to fill out the sellers disclosure and relay and pertinent information. I would have seen exactly what your home inspector, your buyers agent and you saw upon viewing the property.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: My mother is 91 years old and a bit excentric. She recently moved into an assisted living center and needed to sell her carriage home in North Naples. We had seen Frank Procopio’s flyers on selling other home in her development, so we asked to meet him. Frank was great, he was very patient with my mother and explained everything to her that she could understand. We listed mother’s place with Frank. Frank works with a photographer, using a 3d camera plus a drone, to help to market the home the way it should be. Franks always returned our phone calls and our emails with all our questions answered. He even went the extra yard and made trips to the home to address some problems we encountered. Even when mother had some mental lapses, he was always understanding with her. We sold her home and were very happy with the results. We highly recommend Frank Procopio.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Frank went beyond the call in handling my real estate transaction. He dealt with a difficult tenant who did not want to cooperate in showing the unit I owned. He respected the top-dollar figure I was trying to achieve. He did not push back when I proposed a different negotiating tactic with the buyer to the tactic he proposed. In the end, he did his work efficiently, professionally, and sold my condo. I am very pleased. His email communications with me were sometimes abrupt in style - but hey - he’s a New Yorker and I’m a Canadian! Overall, Frank is diligent, a hard worker, and gets the job done. I recommend him highly.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Frank helped me find the home of my dreams in Naples. We had relocated from NY and were living in an apartment. I needed to be in the laurel oaks elementary school district for my daughter's. We lost a few houses but Frank never gave up. He suggested new construction and even though I didn't want to wait I agreed it was the only way to get everything I wanted. But Frank was amazing and ended up leaning on the builder until they sold me the fully furnished model home. This was great because we left most of our furniture in NY. Frank Procopio is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Highly recommend him especially if you are relocating to southwest Florida. I even got the laundry room of my dreams!

4 years ago Fantastic experience: My family was relocating to the Naples area and needed a Realtor with experience but, also the patience to handle all of our questions about the area and to teach us more about the areas we were lookin to buy a home. Frank is one of the most professional, experienced Realtors in the area. He responded to us day or night at times most people would shut their phones off for the night. He was always available to show us properties and teach us what each area had to offer. This was so important to us, not knowing much about the local businesses such as restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals etc... 4 years ago Fantastic experience: We recently decided to relocate to Naples from Syracuse, NY. When looking up realtors in Naples we saw that Frank was from Central New York as well. After reading his profile and reviews we contacted him at 10pm at night and he answered. I had a lot of anxiety about the move but Frank put that at ease and shared his experiences about relocating to southwest Florida. Finding Frank was the best thing that could have happened to us. Not only were we relocating but we were first time home buyers. He did a consultation with us over zoom and thoroughly explained how the home buying process worked on Florida. I am happy to say we just closed on our first home in North Naples and are loving the area. Not only was Frank our realtor but he ended up becoming a friend. If I need something he still points me in the right direction. If you are relocation and need a good realtor I cannot recommend Frank and Domain Realty Group enough.

5 years ago Fantastic experience: We has been thinking about getting into real state investing and I recently struck up a conversation with Frank at my resteraunt in Naples. His knowledge was impressive and he began to explain the ins and outs to me. After all our questions were answered Frank began to identify some air bnbs for my wife and I. He ran all the numbers and explained the pros and cons of each property. I am happy to say we closed on our first vacation rental on Vanderbilt Beach a month ago and everything is off to a great start. Frank has been available to answer any questions we had after the sale. If you are looking to invest in Southwest Florida than Frank is the best!
