After signing, he vanished—poor communication, no follow-up, no-show at closing. If you’re shopping for a home, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Negative experience: Agents Oscar and Jamie Flores bought a home to flip last year and are violating hoa regulation for over 1 year and their MVP broker has been informed and taken no action. Not good agents or good company!!

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a home in Ave Maria. Sara Callahan was the agent we used to purchase it. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a true professional realtor. After several home purchases four of them in Florida, I was kept informed throughout the process. Sara was a available at all times and quickly resolved any questions that needed answers. I would highly recommend that anyone considering buying a home in the Ave Maria area give Sara a call.

Negative experience: Little to no/communication other than emailing internet listings of lots that had been sold in my area. I was selling a home, not a lot of land. Very Pretentious woman who holds herself in high regard! Didn’t tell me about first home offer as she ‘knew’ it wouldn’t be accepted. Then later, she emailed that I was letting it ‘stagnate’. Uninformed about facts concerning the care of the home (closing and locking 2 sliders prior to hurricane). Other agent had to step in and handle matters, thank Heaven. My daughter discovered the garage door unlocked — twice! Two stars because her ‘partner’ was polite and helpful. Avoid MVP. Or at the very least, be extremely careful picking your agent.

Fantastic experience: After 2 failed agents (not from MVP )and many interviews of new listings agents, we interviewed Kerrick White, he came prepared and was very pleasant and professional, and we hired him. I just have to say he is an awesome real estate agent and gets the job done. We signed w him in a Thursday night, he listed it Friday night at 8 pm on the MLS, Saturday at 7am the statistics blew us away. Saturday we had our first offer, Sunday our second offer and Monday our 3rd offer. We accepted one of the offers and the house is now sold however I can’t think Of one agent that could do a better job!! Thank you Kerrick White for a job extremely well done! I will never have to look far if I’m in need of a agent again!

Negative experience: I purchase a new construction home. The realtor Ryan Hendricks, definitely lacks customer service skills Didn't follow Code of Ethics. Spoke with the manger Dawn Doerr who promised to call me back the next day, but received no response I received a long email with so many excuses from Derek Carlson, he couldn't find the decency to call me or even attempt to see what he could do to bring us to an agreement. I would RUN from this brokerage company. DO NOT USE THEM. If you purchase a new home, its easy money in their pocket and you won't see them again.. Shame on you MVP Realty. My next step is to write BBB and the Board.

Fantastic experience: Very appreciative of MVP Realty, the management team is exceptional and does a lot for all their agents. And there were definitely a lot of us, so the fact they are available when you need them and on top of all their active and even inactive transactions from the past really amazes me and they deserve some recognition for this. This is the type of broker for the more entrepreneurial types. But even if you're new in the biz, they have tools and other offerings to ensure they have proper support and education available. I want to give a shout out to Amanda Bullock in AP for being so personable and always so helpful. She goes above and beyond at work! Truly enjoyed being an MVP agent.

Fantastic experience: I had the good fortune of finding Emily to work with. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I started working with her on a 1031 Exchange months ago. She is relentless in researching properties, finding out details that are not on Zillow and the other usual platforms. We did get a property under contract recently. She pursued all details making sure that this one checked all of the boxes. She even flew to Florida from Missouri to meet the inspector that she hand selected for our property. When the inspection revealed several issues she called me and recommended against this property that she had worked so hard to find. I know a lot of realtors and I’m pretty sure that she’s one of the few that would talk me out of a property. She is much more interested in finding the right property than she is getting a commission. She is driven, relentless and super friendly. Her kindness has made me a lifelong client. Fantastic experience: MVP Realty did a great job selling my house in Ave Maria a couple of months ago. It was only on the market for 6 days but I received my first offer before it even went live. I ended up accepting an all cash offer. It wasn't my highest offer but I didn't have to wait for other buyers to get financed and so it also expedited the closing date by about a month. I had an issue with the Maple Ridge HoA trying to prevent the sale because the sidewalk wasn't clean to their liking. I had it pressure sprayed twice and it still wasn't good enough. The 3rd time my realtor, Daniel Maguire, even went and pressure sprayed it himself. The HoA still wasn't satisfied though. But Daniel got the buyers to agree to have it taken care of themselves within 2 weeks of closing, so the sale finally went through. I am glad to be free of that HoA... I hope the new owers are content. I would certainly use MVP Realty again. But I have no plans of owning another home in Florida.

Negative experience: Cynthia Ramirez the real estate agent that works for this company was stalking my family. She messaged my family members on Facebook getting information out of them using this company's logo and business phone number calling and texting me nonstop, very sad someone works here to stoop so low. And would do so because her boyfriend told her to do so. Now I have worry about my family's safety because of her.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! Broker Derek Carlson only cares about agent's doing what's legal but doesn't care if it's unethical. I am selling my home in Bonita Springs "For Sale By Owner" Agent Daniel Ivanov brought a buyer and the nightmare began. Dishonest, incorrect contracts, pressure tactics with contract expiring same day in a few hours and Non disclosure...just to name a few of the ethical violations. I am putting in a complaint with NABOR. Disgusting!!!

Negative experience: Uses dirty tactics to try and get sellers. Sends text messages to phones as if you've already been in discussions about selling your home and he has "done the leg work" and has the "proposal" we had discussed ready. Will be reporting to the state also.

Negative experience: Good realtor first impression was quickly replaced with bad practices. Not sure if it is only the individual realtor to blame but the agency as well? Been getting loads of spam emails since providing my email address to the realtor. Would be hesitant to try this agency again.

Negative experience: THIS REVIEW IS FOR TWO AGENTS IN THIS OFFICE: Gordon Riley Duncan (KNOWN AS RILEY DUNCAN) AND HIS WIFE LISA BOWLES DUNCAN. Gordon Riley Duncan (known as Riley Duncan) owns a company called RL & Associates which is a property management company in Estero, Florida. He is also a Realtor with MVP Realty Associates. I rented a property in May 2018 that Riley Duncan and his wife Lisa Bowles Duncan manage at 20002 Grande Lake Drive in Estero, FL. (monthly rent is $2,900) Upon my move-in the property was not cleaned and has many problems. I contacted Lisa Bowles Duncan and asked her to have the home cleaned and have the problems fixed. I had to pay a $280 departure cleaning fee for when I move out but I was forced to move into a home that was not properly cleaned. Gordon Riley Duncan at RL & Associates told me to "move on" and treated me very unprofessionally and rudely. He argued with me about the issues and was not honest during the process. Instead of coming to the property to see things that needed attention, they chose to ignore what was wrong and contested everything I told them. Basically, once the money was paid and the lease was signed they changed very quickly. They would not do a move-in inspection, they left the keys on the kitchen counter. 1) Due to negligence and inexperience they put their clients at risk - as a homeowner you need someone that knows the laws and is proactive in protecting your investment. Riley Duncan and Lisa Bowles Duncan have chosen to ignore many problems in the home I rent. The owner lives in Canada, therefore putting liability on the owner and the home at risk for future more expensive repairs. (water intrusion, pool pump runs 24/7, leaking and running toilet, gaps around doors, bad compressor on a refrigerator and the list goes on). 2) Riley Duncan and Lisa Bowles Duncan have not been honest - although they put things in writing or tell you on the phone, they change what they say very quickly. This puts anyone at risk that is allowing them to represent them as a Realtor or as a property management company. 3) The pool had algae in it with green water for almost 4 weeks. They wouldn't come see it for themselves but told the owner the pool was ok. 4) The pool pump has been in service mode/running 24/7 for about 6 weeks - they told the home owner it was not but never came to the house to check it. Two pool companies including the company they use said it is in service mode. 5) They "bullied" me by telling me I cannot put my rent in escrow - when in fact there are laws protecting a renter. 6) I hired an appliance company to check the refrigerator - Lisa Bowles Duncan met him at the home. She told the owner nothing was wrong but the appliance company said there was a bad compressor. It took me sending a message with a screenshot of a text message to the owner to prove what the repairman actually said to me and Lisa. 7) Riley Duncan & Lisa Bowles Duncan are the property managers - they dismiss everything I tell them is wrong with the home but never come to the home to see what is wrong, therefore I feel this puts liability on the owner of the property. Fortunately the owner has agreed to let me terminate the lease early due to all of the problems. The property is now listed with MVP Realty under Lisa Bowles Duncan. Thus the reason I feel obligated to warn others about this experience. I feel Gordon Riley Duncan and his wife Lisa Bowles Duncan are lacking experience, they are not honest and do a poor job managing properties/representing their clients. I definitely would not trust them to manage my property, help me buy or sell a home, there is just too much at risk. It took 2 weeks before Lisa even returned my call or my Realtor's call when we initially inquired about the property. I spoke with the broker at MVP (Derek) he sounds like an amazing person and great broker, it's unfortunate for MVP and the broker that the agents mentioned above have not represented the brokerage professionally.
