Fantastic experience: I write reviews very rarely at best, but the performance of our realtors Mike and Anna Bryant in selling our home in Naples, FL warrants a shout out. Our house went on the market just as the red-hot real estate market tanked. We moved out of state before it was sold. We had to rely on Mike, especially, to see that the house was in good order after each showing. We had a planned trip to take care of some maintenance scrubbed due to Hurricane Milton. Fantastic experience: Being first time home buyers with very specific requirements made dealing with us difficult and probably very annoying. However, Mike and Anna were beyond patient with us (and our overwhelming family on the sidelines). They answered all of our questions at any time of the day or day of the week. Fantastic experience: Earlier this year, we reached out to Mike Bryant and asked him to research some homes that we thought we would like. We were impressed by his knowledge and diligence in researching properties that met our criteria. When we eventually met in person, he was prepared to help us deal with the current state of the market and opened some other possibilities we had not considered. After seeing 2 or 3 homes we began to narrow down where we wanted to look. Mike and Anna identified a property that they thought we should see before we returned home to the northeast. Fantastic experience: I have had the opportunity to work with some excellent agents but I have never had any listing agent who worked nearly as hard for me as Mike and Anna.  I no longer live in Naples and my former residence there was rented for 10 years after I left, managed by a property manager who did not take care of it. This led to all kinds of unexpected problems some of which were fairly major. This included an open building permit, a setback problem, serious mold under the kitchen sink which ultimately required us to replace all the counters and cabinets, a door with jealousies that wouldn’t close, rot around some windows, serious neglect of the yard, and wiring and plumbing repairs that were not up to code among other things. Unable to manage all the repair work that was needed from afar I would have had to sell as-is at a greatly reduced price. Mike came to my rescue putting me in contact with reasonably priced contractors he knew and he spent a great deal of time managing the sale for me. My deal was exceptionally difficult and I hope you don’t have to make Mike work as hard as I did,  but rest assured that if needed he can and will overcome any challenges that arise in selling  your house. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: 2014: I was referred to Anna & Mike by my boss when I decided to purchase my first home. They did a great job understanding what I was looking for and put a lot of thought into finding prospective properties. Once we found the perfect place for me, Mike worked hard to negotiate a great sale price. He saved me a significant amount off the asking price and is very advanced in his negotiation practices. Anna is a wizard with contracts and knows the process inside and out. She was very quick to produce documents and was always on top of things. Although the property I purchased was not significantly expensive, they worked really hard for me and made me feel like I was very important. I would recommend Anna & Mike to anyone. They are the best at what they do and will make your experience very positive. They have so much knowledge and recommend listening to everything they have to say. My only regret is that I did not listen to their advice on using a local lender for my mortgage. I decided to use a big bank (USAA) and they made the process extremely stressful. It came down to the wire and was at risk of losing my funds in the escrow account. Although we did end up closing on time, it was a very stressful situation. Anna was in constant contact with the mortgage company and made sure we closed on time. I could not have asked for a more positive experience working with Anna & Mike. There is no one better in South Florida. Nolan Update 2017: My wife & I recently sold our first home and it was a no brainer on who we wanted to list the property with. We purchased our first home with Mike & Anna and had such a positive experience, I can't imagine working with anyone else. They are incredibly diligent and are always available with any questions you may have. When we were thinking about listing our home, Mike & Anna consulted us on the current market and if it was even the right time to sell. After laying out a good plan, we listed our home and had it sold within a month and a half. They were in constant communication with feedback from showings and honest about their thoughts on offers received. There was no pressure to accept an offer we were not comfortable with. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I can't recommend Anna & Mike highly enough. Update 2017: After buying and selling our first home with Anna and Mike, it was a very easy decision to go to them for a new purchase. Everything from my previous reviews stand. One update is to use a local lender. Kelly at Sunbelt Lending Services was a tremendous help and a great pairing with Anna & Mike.

Fantastic experience: Little did Anna and Mike Bryant know that they had undertaken "mission impossible" when they were commissioned to sell this 78 year old batchelor's estate home. This was neither quick, nor was it easy. I returned late in the day and a few days early having been away in our motor coach for six months. The "we" are two grey parrots, a Havanese pooch, and moi. For several days before arrival we had only spotty internet service and didn't get important showing messages. The next day, we made several trips back and forth to the coach to bring stuff home...stuff that we piled on the floor. The potential buyers, their broker and mine, the Bryant's, appeared for the showing and found piles of stuff, including some puppy poop, on the floor! The brokers were embarrassed. But the buyers recognized potential when they saw it and finally became the purchasers! This could have been a movie script. The Bryant's kept breath in the corpse and kept the buyers interest alive. Easy? No! But close it did, early and cleanly. I can't say enough about the Bryant's can-do attitude, help given during the hard parts (there were many of these), and their never-say-never approach. I recommend without hesitation Anna and Mike Bryant as being true movers and shakers, and dedicated real estate professionals. Thanks, Guys, for a well done job.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Naples Florida there's no other pair that you should use. We were in the market to buy a home and met with Anna and Mike and immediately they gave us the confidence that they would find us exactly what we were looking for. As first time home buyers they walked us through the entire process and made each step as simple and as easy for us as possible.
