The team they have kept me on the loop all the time, information was clear, straight forward, and detailed. From a contractor point of view I've seen her advocate for her buyers and sellers to get them through the repair addendum process. Fantastic experience: We are in the military and wanted to buy a house but we were unable to physically visit Chester before moving. We also wanted to have the house ready for us when we got there. It’s scary to buy a house sight unseen but Kristin made it an amazing experience. Top notch customer service. She gave us videos of houses, the streets, cul-de-sacs, kids playing outside in neighboring house etc... She would answer our calls at any time of day (we felt bad for being so needy). We also bought in NY previously and let me tell you, the experience was night and day. We actually feel like she cares and like if we were working with a close friend or family. That’s how taken care of we felt. If we end up moving again (due to military obligations), I wish we can take her with us lol, because I know we won’t get this type of service anywhere else.
