Fantastic experience: When we were looking for a realtor to sell our house Lorna was referred to my husband and I by another realtor and boy am I glad she was. Lorna came to our house sat down with us told us about herself her company didn’t rush us to sign with her put all the numbers down on paper went over everything walked our property with us. Didn’t sugar coat anything. We wanted to hear it all. We needed time to do some minor repairs so she told us we could do a coming soon deal take a few outside pictures then we’d have 21 days to go active. So we signed did our repairs went active first day we had 3 showings with multiple offers. We accepted one and went under contract. Lorna was there every step of the way she checked in a lot she set up the inspections made sure we were okay with what was going on. If we had questions she knew the answers rarely she didn’t unless she needed to refer back to the buyers. I’d refer Lorna to anyone very very seasoned real estate agent.
