Negative experience: If you’re coming here for a gym, you’re coming here for the wrong place. There’s a lack of equipment, several eerie holes in the walls, broken equipment, doesn’t look well kept at all. Considering how much the mortgage/rent is for these houses, you would think the owners of this community would pay more attention to the little things. Today was my leg day and I went to go use the seated hamstring curls/quad extentions and the cable is flippin’ broken!! Please fix this and replace the broken treadmills with something useful like a barbell rack. I love this neighborhood and I would love it even more if I could enjoy a nice little workout. ** I stand corrected, they have since fixed this machine and also improved many other machines. They are currently under renovation, and I can't wait to see what they will improve on even further. Thank you for listening to the requests!

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to live

Positive experience: The gym needs major updating, fixing, and finishing. Particularly the drywall in the weight room and the ceiling of the bathroom and removal of broken equipment that is taking up space. One of the piers needs boards replaced and a safety railing so kids do not fall off. The playground needs swings and actual equipment in the baby/toddler play area. Trash should be picked up on a schedule. Not at random times of a specific day.

Fantastic experience: I would highly advise to live in this neighborhood, it has a great range of homes, amenities (4 ponds, boat docks, massive gym, pool house, and playgrounds). This even includes a retirement community and the people are very friendly.

Positive experience: Loving how you can see the James River when you walk and see the sunset, let alone the sunrise. Very peaceful neighborhood. Everybody, far as I know, stays to themselves. Only thing is I have the trouble of one neighbor meddling into other families' vicinities for attention. Overall, I'm rating this a 4-out-of-5.

Positive experience: I like living here. It's mostly quiet and friendly. Convenient to restaurants, grocery store, drug store, different highways. Building up main highway Rt.10. Rt. 288, Rt. 295, Rt. 95 is close by. Building houses everywhere fast, different price ranges.
