Fantastic experience: This was my husband's and my first time buying a home in 17 years, as well as our first experience selling one. What I learned is that you don't just want a realtor to guide you through this process; you want an experienced and motivated realtor who knows the market, excels at marketing, and, most importantly, is great at the art of negotiation. Mike Weghorst was all of those things and more. He found us our dream home, helped us craft an attractive offer that beat out the competition, guided us through the inspection process, and made sure we got everything we were asking for. He also saw us through an "exciting" loan process and got us all the way to closing. When it came time to sell our home, the market took a sharp turn from a seller's market to a buyer's market, which would make anyone selling a home extremely anxious. Mike remained confident, drawing on years of experience to calm our fears (mine, many times over the phone!). He talked strategy with us, listened to our thoughts, pushed back when he knew there was a more effective approach, and ultimately helped us find the right buyer. I now sit and write this review (the first review I've ever taken the time to write in my life) as I look out from my beautiful front porch, down my serene driveway lined with trees and landscaping, feeling so grateful for the home I've settled into with my husband and kids. It was an investment worth making, and one we can thank Mike for every day.

Fantastic experience: Great CLIENT SERVICE! We warned Michael at our first face-face meeting that we were detail oriented, and he said he was up to the challenge. Michael’s first challenge was trying to tailor the real estate and land search maps to provide us property lists in multiple MLS directories. Fantastic experience: My wife and I chose to move back to the Cincinnati area about four years ago from Philadelphia. A friend of ours recommended Mike to us when we were looking for a realtor. We were challenged by living nine hours away and trying to look at homes online in the busiest time of the year for the housing market. Mike made it fairly easy for us. He arranged showings for us on the few weekends we could be in town, even before we were able to fully commit. Ultimately, after being unsuccessful purchasing from afar, I stayed in Philadelphia to finalize the closing on our home there while my wife and daughters moved in my in-laws.
