Fantastic experience: To select an agent to sell our father's home, I interviewed four real estate agents in the neighborhood where our father's home was located. Fantastic experience: We had a home for sale in the Muirlands. Although it was newly constructed, our lower rooms were damp and smelled musty. This could not be avoided due to coastal canyon fog. The same was true of every house in the neighborhood. At first we listed with an inexperienced agent and that inexperience unfortunately led to our house being labeled as "having an issue" due to those lower rooms. Instead of accepting way less than the house was worth, we took it off the market. A year later, Jim asked to list the house and assured us that he had a lot of success and experience selling houses with damp areas. Four months later, we had two, full price, all cash offers. Even better, the entire process was smooth and pleasant from stunning photos and marketing, to showings only for prequalified and serious buyers, to honest inspectors, to buyers who closed in four weeks. All of this was done with cheerful, effortless ease because Jim and his team are consummate professionals and lovely, upbeat personalities. I can't praise Jim enough. He's a rock star.

Jim provided home staging services and the stager he used did an exceptional job (I had just fired another stager when I brought in Jim). I had seen several other properties that he had staged with the same group and was comfortable letting them do their thing without any oversight on my part.  I was very impressed with their work and in my opinion the staging was critical to generating buyer interest and selling the house. Jim also provided professional photography & video, including drone footage, and had a custom website built to showcase the property. In previous transactions I have found that many realtors do not add much, if any, value to a real estate transaction. Jim is not one of those realtors and he impressed me at every turn.
