She drove me everywhere, I think we looked at about 60 houses, before I found the right one. Then she and her team handled everything. Everything went so smoothly no problems. First she hooked us up with a lender to determine what we could do financially and how soon. Once we knew we were able to buy in 6 months we set up a consultation. She immediately began showing us houses to get an idea of what we liked. Then, we threw her a curve ball and went from buying a house in 6 months to having a contract in about a month. She went above and beyond, even with getting a contact on our home. She contacted the selling realtor to put in a back up offer for us when they didn't appear to be accepting backup offers. She still showed us other options while waiting to see if the first offer was going to fall through, even though we were pretty set on the house we put an offer on. She answered our countless questions and requests for updates on the status of our offer. I’m so glad we worked with Lorrie and if I ever buy another house would love to work with her again!

Negative experience: Sadly I was not impressed while Brittany Fricken was supposed to help me, she was not helpful the least bit, I was trying to get a hold of her, leaving messages, I felt like she was avoiding me. I won't recommend a friend. Horrible customer service

Negative experience: Extremely ruff around the edges and Extremely unprofessional. I heard good things however I can never recommend a friend. Britney ficken was late every time me and my husband went to meet her. Didn't know a thing about the properties. I found myself dreading buying this house with her help.

Fantastic experience: Our realtor Crystal Hawkins did an amazing job not only selling our house for top dollar but also renovating our house for the sale! We are Military living in another state and we had tenants that destroyed our house. Crystal facilitated all the repairs which was amazing and stress free. Let me repeat that, STRESS FREE! The repairs for the house was estimated at $8000 from the property management company but Crystal was able to get quality work for great prices and we did the repairs for around $5000. She literally saved us thousands. The repairs also helped us get top dollar. We listened to her recommendations on what to fix and what to leave alone and I’m glad I did. We got $30,000 more than I was expecting. We ended up with multiple offers including two cash offers. She has a great eye for what to do to get top dollar and she really understands the market and pricing a home. She also negotiated the multiple offers which were over asking to go even higher. She earned every penny of her commission and I highly recommend her to anyone that wants a competent and trustworthy realtor.
