Fantastic experience: Aaron Floyd is a remarkable realtor. He is a very kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy individual. He helped us sell my brother’s house, who had passed away unexpectedly, half the country away and exceeded all of our expectations in the process. He was able to help us figure out an estimate of what my brother owed on his mortgage using his knowledge of reality. He set up a cleaning out of the house which would have been too difficult for my mother and I to do. He went above and beyond helping us donate two cars to vehicles for veterans, both setting up appointments and ensuring someone was there to meet the tow truck driver. He walked us plainly through how he thought we should price the property, giving examples of other houses in the area and his own recent experience. He fully explained all documents involved and was always a message away to answer questions. He always erred towards or wants/opinion while still giving expert advice on all the decisions needed. In the end we were able to sell the house at over 10k of our original asking price. I would definitely hire him again and if I ran a reality company, I would want him at the forefront of all my major sales.

Fantastic experience: A friend referred us to Aaron to assist with comps for county assessment appeal. I emailed Aaron at 2300 requesting assistance and by 0800 the next day, Aaron had sent 2 comparable comps and a list of about 8 other nearby comparisons so we could see what the low and high end of comps was. We are awaiting our appeal to be scheduled. Aaron exceeded expectations for a timely response.

Fantastic experience: Last year I got together with Aaron and asked him what I needed to do so my house would be ready for sale. He told me what I should do and didn’t pressure us to list our house at all. I kept his info and then contacted him about six months later when those suggestions had been completed.
