Fantastic experience: Amy is the best realtor in Central Ohio. I have worked with dozens of realtors in multiple states. Almost none of them come anywhere close to being as good as Amy. I spent a year looking for a new home, 4 months of which I spent looking at homes in OH with Amy. She never once was pushy or tried to get me to buy some dump I would regret. Instead she pointed out things I would have overlooked on my own, even though it could potentially cost her a quick sale. She is very knowledgable about homes, what has been done to a house, and what needs to be done. She also was extremely prompt in communications, setting up showings and making sure all parts of the transaction were being handled correctly. She handled negotiations even while she was out of town or on vacation. We put in offers on five different houses until I got the right one, and she never wavered in her professionalism. Once funds are disbursed after closing, you usually never hear another peep from the realtor, unless they are fishing for another sale. Amy checked to see if anything was wrong with the house after I moved in and she also checked with the title company to make sure the deed was being recorded. If you are buying or selling a house in Central Ohio then Amy is who you want as your realtor.
