Fantastic experience: I recently came across a rental house online and had the pleasure of meeting Tommie. It has been hands down the absolute BEST renting experience I have ever had! Everyone at Tracy Realty was warm, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to create an easy and smooth transition. They made me feel like family. Sometimes you stumble across people serendipitously and this was one of those experiences for me. These people genuinely care about their clients and people in general. I only met them because the house I was looking at happened to be listed through them and it had changed my perspective on using a realtor/agency for the better. I can not say enough good about them. If you are looking to sell, buy or rent…this would be where I would recommend. A big “thank you” to Tommie and EVERYONE at Tracy Realty for making a rather difficult time in my life feel like something beautiful and hopeful.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about the team at Tracy realty, they graciously took on selling my meager lot in Denison, and the process from them was seamless and profesional from the jump! There were title issues preventing a smooth transition, and I dropped the ball on getting them resolved. I’m swamped with so much going on, I missed my closing day and they didn’t bat an eye even after loosing the sale (my fault) in helping me find a resolution to get it sold! This agency makes me want to purchase more properties in this area just so I can give them the business they deserve! Every single person I dealt with here are shining stars of integrity! Fantastic experience: It is good when buying/selling a home to have professional experts to guide. It is far better afterwards to discover that you have gained valuable new friendships. That is how my husband and I feel about Tommi Sue Homuth and her associates at Tracy Realty—they came through for us as reliable experts, but took care of us as valued friends. The house we were selling was small and needed work, but Tommi didn’t flinch. With a positive attitude, she pointed out and validated our home’s strong features, and not only gave great advice for improvements, but looked and listened before giving it! We picked her brain on many different aspects and options. Each time Tommi gave us thoughtful insight and knowledgeable input regarding the neighborhood, potential buyers, and profit margin vs. quick sale, consistently putting our best interests above possible commission. Fantastic experience: Tommi is absolutely the best realtor I’ve ever had, and I have bought and sold 5 or 6 homes in the last 43 years. She was up front with what we needed to do to sell the house for what we wanted to get for it and she made it happen! She did an excellent job of explaining everything I didn’t understand, and followed up with an email or text so I would have it in writing. Tommi is friendly, warm and caring!
