Negative experience: Amanda has a AI setup to respond to emails. I reached out to her for property purchase. She kept postponing (Like 4 times) meet or talk. She would promise a time to call and would never call. I would skip and find a better agent who can keep up with a time commitment.

Fantastic experience: Stop looking you found the best realtor already! Originally contacted her July 2019 very pregnant and high risk. She waited for me to list no pressure involved. Didn't list until March 2020, a week into Covid-19 pandemic, a week before total country shutdown. This woman still sold my house in 3 days. Wasn't ideal circumstances due to pandemic but we made it to the table on time. Communicated everything to me and stayed on buyer's lender when problems arose. Can't sing enough praises!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a realtor who is going to take care of you, you don't need to look any further. Amanda took care of us from start to finish. She knows her market and actually brought us more money in our sale than I had hoped to even get without the standard realtor fees.
