Negative experience: Absolutely terrible! Bought a home that was under their listing agent. The listing agent Steph lied to our realtor several times in text ! The house was said to be 99 percent cleaned out. Leaving only a bed, some dressers. What they did was took everything out and put into the garage for us to spend 4 hours cleaning up! Was told the ac unit was going to be paid off at signing, never happened! Very disappointed in the honesty’ and integrity of a realtor! The realtor association has been contacted. Very sad!

Negative experience: They suck , people that are trying to buy a house and they have a listing , you might as well forget, getting a hold of them to put an offer in because they will not return anyone’s phone calls even if you have a different agent they will not return there phone calls. You could call the office 15 times in two days and they still weren’t returning your calls. they set a meeting for 9 AM for a return call. They don’t call then when the agent tries calling to talk to the other agent, they still won’t answer after they set the meeting. That place is far from professional..

Encontramos los videos de Diego Bravo en YouTube en que mostraba la ciudad de Ocala y nos encantó. Lo contactamos vía WhatsApp porque residimos fuera de los Estados Unidos y desde la primera conversación no dudamos que Diego y Gloria cumplían con lo que necesitábamos para ayudarnos en el proceso de compra de una casa; son muy amables, cálidos, conocen muy bien la zona en la cual estábamos interesados, tenían disponibilidad 24/7 para atendernos. Claramente percibimos su interés en ayudarnos a conseguir la mejor opción con base en el costo-beneficio. Durante varias semanas nos enviaban listados de casas para la venta con las características que deseábamos y según nuestro presupuesto. Nos explicaban con calma las ventajas y desventajas de cada una, y hacíamos “tour virtual” para conocer las propiedades que nos gustaban. Logramos hacer la compra de una casa recién construída en Ocala en un área de rápido desarrollo usando un préstamo de un banco en los Estados Unidos y ni siquiera tuvimos que viajar allá para esta transacción, pues todo lo hicimos de manera virtual.
