They made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. I was home shopping during the housing crunch where everyone was snapping up homes as soon as they hit the market, which was very stressful when you have to make a home purchase decision in 24-hours or less! Darla understood what I was looking for and immediately notified me several times when potential houses hit the market, even while she was on vacation! When Darla has clients, she is never off the clock. Several issues were identified during the home inspection, which is typical with most homes, but Darla and her team had ‘people’ for everything and those partners were also awesome and trustworthy. This speaks to her and her team’s commitment to making sure that their clients are protected and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I am not sure how you have a better agent.
