Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Helpful, Professional, and Fair I want to personally thank Heather for being the only person at the company who consistently communicated with clarity and fairness throughout our entire rental experience. Move-outs are rarely smooth, and most companies stick rigidly to their policies no matter what you say, but Heather took the time to actually listen and consider our side. She was responsive, respectful, and showed a level of understanding that’s rare in property management. Because of her, what could have been a frustrating experience felt a little more human. I appreciate her willingness to help us resolve things the right way.

Negative experience: Worst property management I have ever dealt with. Since they are a nationwide company, they are impossible to get ahold of. It takes several days for them to respond (if they do) to calls/emails. I moved out almost two weeks ago because they were awful and I still haven’t received my deposit back. They told me during move out to “avoid disconnecting utilities” and that they would “put it in the owner’s name. I just found out that they never did and I was getting charged EVEN THOUGH I MOVED OUT!! Have to wait until Monday to figure out this mess that they have put me in. Do not rent from this company! It is not worth it!!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love NCDG!!! This is the best and most honest Property Management I have hired! If you are a tenant or landlord you would be pleased as well. When I have reached out to them with any concerns they would take care of it immediatly. Shout out to Kristen she makes things go so smooth and does not take long to reach out to their tenants and landlords. NCDG & Property Management is the way to go if your a landlord or tenant; they deserve all 5 stars plus more. Kristen ROCKS!!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend & I loved our apartment!! At move in it was clean, well maintained, and completely updated! We loved our neighbors and the staff is 100% amazing! If i ever needed anything leasing staff was quick to respond and maintenance got it fixed immediately. I definitely recommended renting from them!! Kirsten was such a great help during the whole process!!

Negative experience: Kirsten Means- Realtor, allowed us to schedule a walkthrough, and drive 40 minutes to a listing. When we arrived we were pleased with what we saw. Our agent reached out to Kirsten approximately 1 hour after our scheduled showing time to discuss our incoming offer. At that point she advised him that the property went into contract the night before. I will recommend never working with NCDG or Kirsten. What a joke.

The whole NCDG team is awesome- very kind, understanding, and patient people. I genuinely wouldn’t rather rent through any other company. 10/10- highly recommend!

Negative experience: I don't want to give them a star because they don't deserve it my nephew rents from them he don't get his check to the 3rd they give me one day to get up there to pay his rent are they out of the late fee and from what I've been told from other renters that the website won't even let you break their late fees down in payments plus I talked to one of the workers she set the light to me on the phone I have text messages on my nephew's phone saying that I never made the payment when I dropped it off at money order because they misplaced it they don't even have a night drop that goes into the building as a freaking cheap home Depot mailbox from what I've seen from that personal office I think the company the whole dang joke now since I called in a repair for my nephew the emails showed back up and if I have to call a plumber infor my nephew we are not paying those late fees

Negative experience: I dont understand this company..yall buy the house we stay in change when rent do and how easy it was to pay it just to make it extra and charge more than send in our money with a money order and 2 days later got sent an eviction notice like we was 2 months behind on rent when all reality they just received the money in the mail 2 business days later like if yall going to buy up stuff aleast handle things right

Fantastic experience: They have a very nice approach and are very technically competent and efficient. Every one of the transactions that NCDG led was very successful and headache free. They provided credit checks, move-in inspections, and advertisements, and kept us informed as needed during these transactions. The most recent experience was again hassle-free. NCDG did everything with the utmost professionalism and with very minimal involvement from us

Negative experience: Very unprofessional I went to the building to drop off our rent payment for the 1st time?.. Building looks vacant?... I can never speak to anyone over the phone?..I leave or have left voicemails an the response back is always text messages?.. late the next day very inconsiderate disrespectful an it almost seems like they have profiled us already even though we have been living at our residence over 4 years ?.. Rent has never Been late?.. I can't wait to see what happens with a Maintenance issue?

Fantastic experience: Great company, handles maintenance quickly and efficiently, and manages their properties well

Negative experience: I wish I could say I had a positive experience with this company, but that would be a lie. I have been calling about a property for rent for over a week now, not one single phone call has been answered or returned. I left three voicemails with my name and number so they could “get back to me as soon as possible”, but they don’t seem to be able to pick up the phone. I find it very unprofessional that not one single person has gotten back to me even with just a “hey, we decided not to rent that unit out” at the very least. This is the number people call for maintenance and housing issues, can’t imagine they’re very happy when they can’t reach anyone either. Whether they would rent to me or not is not the issue, the issue is the non responsiveness and lack of responsibility or communication. If I wanted to be ignored I would call my father. Do better at answering calls and actually renting your units out, or maybe even just hitting redial on the phone.

Negative experience: The property manager is the most disrespectful woman I've ever encountered in my entire life and for some reason they will have your vehicles towed from your property and not even tell you about a parking pass I highly advise not to do any business with them. Shelley is the property manager she is by far the most disrespectful person she cursed her tenants out because she had a vehicle towed without us having knowledge of a parking pass Shelley is the worst property manager she should never ever have a job dealing with people

Negative experience: Will not respond to emails. Charges money for trash clean up. Lease stayed its their job. Will not do simple maintenance. Gave themself face 5 Stars instead of fixing unit

Fantastic experience: NCDG is amazing! They stay on top of maintenance issues and keep is informed about any scheduled inspections. Shelley is great, she makes sure everything is in good order and is always available if there is an issue.

Negative experience: Unprofessional people very rude and racist of all things had a horrible experience with these people. The apartment was nice but the maintenance was bad and lazy. I would not doing business with these people at all!

Negative experience: This has been the worst rental experience of my life they charge you for the maintenance men incompetence they dont respond to their own emergency line I went a week and a half with no refrigerator i have a list if things that were supposed to be fixed per the owner since i have lived here that have not been touched we have had an issue with rodents bugs etc this place is a joke all about $ they could care less about the tenants that live here i dont recommend this company to anyone

Negative experience: I've had the worst experience with these people. Rats, no heat all winter and they won't fix nothing. They are extremely lazy and will not do anything about any problems. Will see them in court as im moving into my new house.
