Fantastic experience: Dean”s preparation, attention to detail and customer service are extraordinary. Although our home was “just a small fixer upper in the country” he treated the transaction as if it was a million dollar deal. Our house had a solid offer in a day and a half and the sale closed without any problems. As long as your straight forward, honest and realistic with Dean he will get your house sold quickly and for the right price.

Fantastic experience: Dean went above and beyond to help us find a home. We moved from a different part of the country and had only 2 days to look at homes in person in Elmore County. Prior to that, we searched for homes online and communicated with Dean via email. He would look at homes with a fine-tooth comb and point out things about homes we were interested in that we should consider, but that we might have missed or were unfamiliar with. He even visited one home, scanned the place, assessed it, took a video, and sent it to us, so we could get a head start on the visit. It’s apparent that he is interested in what is best for his clients. We feel fortunate to have him as our agent.
