Fantastic experience: Pamela, my Realestate agent from Biggs Realty is a gift from God. She is walking in her calling to help people find their home without compromise. She gets to know you as an individual and is dedicated to walking you through the entire process. I could go and and on about the attention to ALL the details that come into the home buying process that Pamela has mastered so a huge burden is lifted of your shoulders when searching, negotiating and closing! I was first introduced to Pamela a little under a year ago for when I was moving to Dallas and needed to rent a place. She helped me find my perfect rental home. And then when I woke up on Good Friday (April 18th) this year (2025) and knew God had placed on my heart that it was time for me to buy my home, Pamela partnered with me. BAM, in less than 45-days, my home was identified, contract negotiated, all the processes to get to the closing table done and I closed on my new home on June 2, 2025. Pamela uses her God-gifted talents and puts her heart into seeing and knowing her clients to get you into your perfect home! They work closely with certain lenders and title companies to make the process as quick as possible, and also had excellent contacts with flooring specialist and electricians that we needed to get the new home exactly right. Negative experience: I found Jehyna Wright on Facebook, she seemed so informative & took all our information.. we had been working with her & she’d been so nice & then suddenly she’s unreachable. The first time she said she was in the hospital due to covid then the second time she just flat out blocked me on FB & my calls won’t go through. I never received any replies to my emails. This has been a nightmare! Now I’m thinking her & this company are frauds! Her Agent# is 0708518. Worst experience ever!!

We were lucky enough to find the perfect home before anyone else had tried to take it. It was the kind of situation where we where 99% likely NOT to get the home but we managed to convince the right people and had Biggs Realty to assist us and getting to that point. I moved from out of state and wasn’t sure what sub section we wanted to live in. She drove us all around Texas so we could figure it out! Even showed us a few prime spots for dining and shopping. Fantastic experience: Jacob Davis is the reason we love Biggs Realty. I contacted several Realtors all over Texas and Jacob Davis is the only one that responded immediately. Jacob kept in contact morning, noon, and night. Jacob Davis has OUTSTANDING communication skills. He literally found our ranch in less than a week. I gave him a description of what we wanted and he only showed me properties that matched my description. It's like he could read my mind, lol. No, he just listens and truly cares (so rare these days). We only looked at one property out of 40 great matches, then immediately put a contract on it. My husband and I have used many Realtors in the past, and not one of them were in constant communication like Jacob. Thank you, Jacob! We will recommend you to everyone we know! We were super picky, and somewhat high maintenance, we knew the market was tough, and realtors are beyond busy - I didn’t know how we would manage finding a home, seeing it and getting an offer in as fast as we could to even have a shot! That’s where Biggs Realty saved the day! Our agent, Bernh was phenomenal. She set up a listing notification for us (changing it multiple times when we would decide on a new city), and we felt like we had an edge any time a home came up for sale!
